A great hotel

A last minute trip with 3 girlfriends for a great price. Pleasantly surprised with all aspects of this hotel.Lovely room and we got the block we requested (ground floor B) which gave us quick and easy access to the pool. Clean.Pool was lovely, ample sunbeds with no sunbed rush. Plenty for everyone.Food was lovely. Always something different and plenty of tables with no queuing for food.Drinks great, again minimal queuing involved. They have a 2 drink per person policy at the bars but it wasn't really enforced. Only gripe was plastic cups in the evening but was given a glass if asked for it. Fair range of cocktails but most were pre- maid and very very sweet. If you've got a sweet tooth I'm sure they'll be fine 馃檪 Not really within walkable distance of beach but hotel provide a shuttle bus or they'll call you a taxi which wasn't expensive. Some nice designer shops near the beach with good sales on. I got the feeling the hotel wasn't full hence no queues for anything. Not sure whether it would be different in high season. Nevertheless it was a great holiday in which we chilled and recharged our batteries.

Had a wonderful one week stay here. Love the bungalows, very spacious and spotlessly cleaned daily. Lots of room and activities for little ones. Buffet is lovely and theme changes daily. Short bus ride to main part of town.Had a great time here and would definitely recommend!

Pros- accommodation good, small bungalow a stones throw from the quite pool. Inside accommodation could do with a freshen up and the bedroom door could of been repaired(punch hole) prior to our arrival. Everything worked inside, USB sockets, fridge,shower,safe all in good working order. Quiet pool okay, sun loungers comfortable. Always managed to get a sun lounger also loungers supplied with accommodation. Pool bar okay,good service,pleasant staff,drinks okay to. Location of hotel good, nice walk into the town -5euro taxi ride or 20min ish walk into the town- easy flat walk.Negatives- pool bar food poor- cold,not replenished,under cooked. Female chef not interested and most of the above was while she was on. Male chef,he was alot more proactive with regards to the food. Did approach customers service lady-even though she was very nice and listened thoroughly, unfortunately things did not improve. Went to get a plate for lunch but when I got one it was dirty, 4plates in still dirty, fifth time lucky, i gave them to the female chef who really wasn't bothered!. Also had to make up our own table as they were very slow sometimes in cleaning the tables and making the them up. Main restaurant- food only marginly better but nothing to write home about. Long wait for the show cooking. They didn't pre-empt quantity needed. Some parts of the dining room floor was not swept and cleaned sufficiently. Food still on the floor for a few days. No glasses of water on the tables in the evenings- self service. Entertainment and bar area- entertainment poor, usually finished around 9pm then the big lights would go on-got the impression they wanted us to go back to our room. No atmosphere in that area. Its all an open area so take a wrap or cardigan if night-time temps not good. Bar- utterly disappointing. Older male bar man really not interested in being nice or hospitable to customers. Tried telling us one night at 11.20pm that they were closing, we did remind them that the all inclusive closed at 12 midnight!! And we proceeded To order our drinks, which were served in plastic beakers. They had no ice available as they thought they could get away early. The female bar person was the best person there. Fully committed to customer satisfaction. One time at the bar we got plastic beakers again, when we asked for glasses we were told there wasn't any as they were all being cleaned. It could be a really good place with a few tweaks but we will not be returning.

Fun and lively entertainment

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this resort, and much of that credit goes to the entertainment team. What impressed us most was their incredible daily variety and the enthousiasm they all brought into all those activities.If you鈥檙e looking for a resort where the entertainment keeps things lively and enjoyable, this is definitely worth considering.
