  Beautiful with some significant disappointments

  Pros - large clean air conditioned villa Private pool area En-suites to every roomLarge kitchen and living area Close to road links for sightseeingPretty and clean complex. Cons - Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we arrived late at night. Had to wait until the next afternoon until it was fixed. Lady on reception wasn’t the best for customer service - had to push to get an engineer to come out. Lots of aspects in the villa weren’t working - lamps next to beds, aircon in master suite.Power cuts every time we used to oven to cook - every 6-8 mins the power went in the villa and the fuse had tripped. No written information inside villa for guests on the appliances or for check out time. Weren’t told check out time when we checked in late at night at the main hotel reception either. So had cleaners banging on the door at 10am We had nearly packed but it was a mad rush to get finished and out which could have been avoided. No refreshments and no shops open when our flight was later in the day meaning we were late to arrive. So went to bed hungry. Again Villa information when one is tired with kids to look after would have been good. Expected everything to work in the Villa for the cost of the holiday. Stand alone aircon unit was in master bedroom but was noisy and required the external door open all night to allow the hot air tube to escape. This meant we had an issue with mosquitoes keeping us awake despite coming prepared with plug ins and sprays!

  Villa is lovely inside it’s huge but a lot of wasted space it’s let down with not having enough equipment in the kitchen we had to go and buy wine glasses and oven dishes . Outside isn’t very big and we couldn’t go in the pool as it was so dirty they came to clean it the day before we went home I have stayed in other villas in this complex that are much nicer

  We stayed in Villa 20 , and what a wonderful Villa , so spacious and clean . Everything you need is in this Villa . It’s a peaceful place and we just felt so relaxed and comfortable . Nothing is too much trouble the lady at reception, is so lovely and helpful . We have booked to return on December and can’t wait to return . Thank you Opal Villas .

  We stayed here 4th-11th Dec 2021 Pros - - Villa have the wow factor - Large rooms - Very clean- very quiet location (perfect for a relaxing week) - lovely beach close by (visit pio pio bar) - Spar shop on site - very well equipped kitchen (double fridge) Cons - - extra cost to have pool heated - no tea/coffee/milk when arriving late in the evening - shower pressure poor

  Having worked in the holiday industry and having written many reviews there is only one thing I can say about Anfi Opal.....Unbelievable! We have just returned from the perfect family holiday. We took our daughter and 3 grandchildren, stayed in Villa number 30 and had an amazing time.It all started with a lovely welcome from the lady in reception, she was so accommodating and helpful, she even got us an extra key by changing the lock, nothing was too much trouble. Now for the Villa, UNBELIEVABLE, When we walked in it was like walking into something you see on TV. The whole thing was amazing, the look on our grandchildrens faces was worth every bit of the price (which for 6 people was very reasonable) . This Villa is located next to the first fairway of Anfi Golf Course, the views from the Villa are pretty amazing.A large lounge area, TV in every room, 3 large bedrooms all with en suite, a whirlpool bath and a lovely private swimming pool with comfortable beds and parasols. There was even a washer, dryer, dishwasher and every kitchen accessory, from Pots and Pans to a Garlic Press !!!What a fantastic place for a holiday.On top of all this there was a special offer for Golf for residents...Green fee, Club rental, Balls and a Buggy for 50 euros to play one of the best courses I have ever played.I never mentioned to the Receptionist that I present a radio show in the UK, I will have great pleasure in giving Anfi Opal an amazing review this week.What a fantastic place for a holiday, we cannot wait to return Thank You so much AnfiJohn Fenton and Family AnfiGroup, Director de Relaciones Públicas at Anfi Opal Villas, responded to this review Hello John_taxi65,thank you for this amazing review of your recent stay in our resort.We work really hard to offer the best service and accommodation in the best possible environment, so we are very happy to see that it reflected on you and your familys last visit.
