  Cold water is all you'll get

  +ves are Location is perfect for clubs restaurants and bars in cita. Had sun all day on balcony of room 205. Check in guy was very polite even though we had to decamp to an alternative hotel for the first night as they said our room had a problem. Tbh I think they had overbooked as nothing in the room seemed repaired when we got in!!Time for the - ves beds not too comfy but worse of all was lack of hot water. It was tepid at best and when I complained I got this reply "Dear Mr. Genovese,In our commitment to environmental responsibility, we use an eco-friendly solar energy system to heat the water. On days with less sunlight, or during the early morning and evening hours, this system may provide a milder temperature than usual. We appreciate your understanding and support for more responsible tourism"After three full days of sun that was a pretty feeble excuse. Hot water was not available from sawn till dusk so it wasn't a problem of it running out. Showering in the evening was a very uncomfortable affair due to having to use nearly cold water. So be warned if you don't mind a cold shower or washing up in cold water then look elsewhere.TT & GBM

  My partner and I are pleased with this apartment, and would definitely recommend to other people.The apartment is located near Cita Shopping Centre and a few minutes walk from both the Dunes of Maspalomas and the Yumbo Shopping Centre which makes it the ideal place to fully enjoy your holiday in Gran Canaria.The staff is incredible and goes the extra mile to please their customers. They texted me two days before our staying to ask for our time of arrival and provided me with all the relevant instructions to reach the place, collect my keys, etc. They used this information to ensure our room was ready on time. Usually, hotels don’t allow check-ins before 2PM, but they just work the check-in time around your arrival so that you don’t have to wait.Upon our arrival, the room was clean and ready and we also found a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. The only other place where I found a similar treatment was a 5-star hotel in New York so this says a lot about their attention to details and passion for what they do. They also provided fresh bread every morning!They cleaned our room every other day, including changing towels, and provided us with important information around the local carnival that allowed us to enjoy the parade risk-free. They were always smiling and friendly, especially Yamina and Jeroen who were always there to help.The apartment was fully furnished with all the necessary facilities, including microwave, a kitchen, toaster, kettle, caffettiere, fridge and all the condiments, and washing utensils you need.As other customers said, the furniture are not contemporary and the WiFi could be better, but the apartment in itself was nice, clean and pleasant.The pool was also clean and warm, with a working jacuzzi. I want to mention this as I’ve stayed in other places in Gran Canaria that advertised a jacuzzi but it never worked. This one worked and was quite nice. The only complaint about the pool was the fact there’s a machine that makes an unpleasant noise that makes difficult to fully relax. The area surrounding the pool is also quite small, but again these are minor flaws as you can still fully enjoy the place.At night, the place is really quiet and you don’t get noisy neighbours that prevent you from sleeping. Again, this was a nice surprise for us. If there’s one thing I would improve is the pillows. Unfortunately, one pillow was too flat and two were too tall for my neck, but this is again a personal preference, not a problem.I’ve read reviews about the rules, but I’ve personally found these to be pretty obvious and common sense. It’s good that people can’t smoke in their rooms or bring illegal substances! I think we will definitely stay at this apartment again since we enjoyed the experience. Thanks to the staff for making our stay a great experience.

  Excellent service and generally well run apartments - rooms cleaned regularly - lovely heated pool - even left bread rolls every day - walking distance to a fantastic beach (albeit down stairs) highly recommend

  Stayed in Jan 2023 with a friend. Quiet location yet only a few minutes from town/bars/dunes etc etc.Our apartment was on the ground floor, facing out back (by the pool). The pool was cold (well it was January) but quite invigorating to go in and do a few small lengths.Very quite at all times. Adults only I believe and the whole atmosphere was very peaceful. Comfortable full length deck chairs on our patio. A couple of nights we took a blanket from inside and slept outside for half the night!Apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for 2 people. Tea/Coffee making facilities etc included as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Small, tidy and quiet apartment block minutes from everything

  Quiet apartments situated 2 mins walk to Cita Centre or the beach and within five minutes of lots of good bats and restaurants. Clean and tidy throughout. No air con, but we knew that when booked. Clean pool with plenty sun beds. Luggage storage at end of stay. Arranged our taxi to and from airport. Lovely shaded hangout area hidden at far end of block if you need a time out. Lots of parking directly behind. Lovely helpful staff.
