    Do Not Take the Risk - COVID19 and cutting corners on cleanliness

    We booked for 2 Nights paid in full before arrival as we thought its good as Lockdown and curfews etc and takeaways, food for us to cook etc, we got to the apartment had a few minor teething issues like the AC heater was really slow took 20 mins start blowing hot air (not good with a 4 year old) and the remote was not working(prob batt issues) the person came and fixed it whilst we were not there. After check in spent 30 mins there.To us the apartment seemed fit for purpose.1st night as you do after 30 mins we went out and spent hours walking around the beautiful city of Granada and came back to eat at the apartment as you do to relax we have a habit as at home to take of shoes and walk around in sock or slippers , we finally went to bed and in the morning woke up to my asthma being rather bad and not having a great sleep having to reach for my inhaler regularly throughout the night and not understanding why as the place "appeared" the operative word looking ok.Anyhow after making my 1st breakfast and Tea for the family our day was to be spent in Sierra Nevada for skiing, I took off my socks (the ones worn in this apartment) and found the floor had not even been mopped or cleaned and an accumulation of dirty grime can be seen on my and partners socks ( image enclosed) . We sent via WhatsApp the images immediately to the rep he contacted us telling us it had be cleaned and he will get the cleaner to mop it up immediately but we said we are going in half hour for the day so come then... we saw him and left at 12. Midday after Sierra Nevada came back and made the decision after spending 1 night and seeing the lack of hygiene not taken seriously on our 1st morning by this establishment to leave as soon as we got back which we did at 5pm we packed everything and drove back to Sotogrande.My regret is I did not demand the green book and document this with the Junta as during COVID 19 you have the courage to open but then lack the duty of care to ensure your guests safety and hygiene by discounting cleanliness and THUS increasing thier risk of catching this Virus... I wonder what else you cut corners on? Any way we will be back up but never staying at this establishment as have experienced 1st hand quite honestly the dirtiest floor in all hotels /Apt i have ever been in. Keep the money also im just glad I looked at the dirt on my socks before I out thwm into my Ferragamos. You pay peanuts you will get monkeys.

    Cancellation policy scam with no response.

    I have made a 2 night reservation(July8th-July10th) with Chase travel(Expedia service).This hotel's cancellation policy is below.Week stays: If canceled or modified up to 2 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.Weekend: If canceled or modified up to 3 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.I have contacted them on June 18th(2weeks ago) to request cancel and refund.They have responded that I need contact Expedia to cancel and refund, so I have contacted Expedia on June 22 to request a refund.However, Expedia said that they could not contact the hotel because this hotel did not respond and this hotel blames that Expedia did not cancel my booking.This is a kind of scam. They blame each other.I could not make a 2 weeks travel in Spain this summer because all my flights have been cancelled due to corona virus.This hotel is the only one hotel to refuse a refund despite of their refund policy.Avoid this hotel when you use 3rd party booking system.They will refuse a refund with no response.

    Was a great place in a great location absolutely loved it. Literally had everything, hair dryer, hot water constantly kitchen was good everything was really nice. Only negative was the we upgraded from one double to two doubles but when we got there the reception was closed and we had one double. Apart from that everything was great

    Well located, spotlessly clean, serviced regularly, totally secure and quiet, great water pressure, everything there except an oven. If we ever return to Granada this is the place. The staff are friendly and helpful.

    We spent 3 nights here and have really enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and welcoming. Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in former Jewish quarter. 10 mins walk to Alhambra (uphill!!!). Good bars and restaurants in vicinity.
