    Unfortunate state at my time of entry

    After a long journey we arrived to rest we found ourselves at 5 pm when the check-in was at 4 am that the room is not done as it was of the previous customers dirty bed, hairs in the bathtub, etc unfortunate we could not enter until after six pm. She phoned the apartment department 3000 and I am told that it is only an hour late, downplaying my vacation time and rest, the photos are not what you really find on arrival, the treatment of the person in charge of the apartments in Granada, totally inadequate without giving a solution.     The building itself is lovely, traditional with courtyard and open to the sky. Unfortunately, the room itself was very cold and gave myself and my partner headaches due to the strange lighting. The bed was an IKEA trundle bed that wasn't really suitable for a couple. Staff was very attentive and state di good communication.Unfortunately, the neighbors were incredibly loud and did not respect quiet hours whatsoever.

    - The apartment does not have WiFi so if you need to work it is impossible - The customer service is terrible, they won't help you with problems and will ignore issues.- The apartment was not as advertised. - I was told I couldn't leave and receive a refund, so I had to pay for two places.I would advise against booking with Apartamentos 3000.
