Exceptional hotel! Large inviting ground floor with comfy seating. Ivan on reception was so helpful and friendly despite people queuing to check in. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice. Great location, just 10 min walk to the cathedral. We had an interior room, which didn’t bother us at all. There was a window and we were still able to get fresh air. We were out sightseeing most of the time. Paula the Guest Experience lady was so kind, trying hard to get us Al Hambra tickets. In fact all the staff were so friendly.We looked at many reviews before booking and we are so pleased we chose this hotel.The Barceló Carmen really contributed to a very enjoyable trip to Granada. We definitely plan to return.
