A very plesant and comfortable stay.
29 Sept 2026
Staff excellent and very helpful. We were given a room upgrade on arrival with a free bottle of cava for our anniversary. Unfortunately the bathroom did have long black hairs on the floor and in the bath.It is quite a walk from the Cathedral and the Alhambra. Mamen Soria, Sales at Barcelo Granada Congress, responded to this review Dear Jim,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Barceló Granada Congress. We are sorry to read about the housekeeping oversight you encountered in the bathroom. Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities, and situations such as the one you describe do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. Your comments have been shared with the relevant team so that extra attention can be given to these details.Regarding our location, although we are not situated in the heart of the historic centre, the hotel is just a pleasant 15-minute walk from Granada's main attractions and offers excellent transport connections, making it easy for guests to explore the city and its many landmarks. We are delighted to know that you found your stay comfortable and that our team contributed to such a positive experience through their helpful and attentive service. We would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate you once again on your anniversary and thank you for choosing to celebrate such a special occasion with us.We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future.Kind regards,Noelia Blázquez RodríguezGuest Experience Manager

Spacious room
26 Sept 2026
The room was surprisingly spacious. Only stayed for one night and came pretty late hence didn't really get to explore the hotel facilities. The breakfast was quite disappointing. I didn't finish mine. The egg was too runny, presentation and tastewise not my cup of tea. The churros were quite greasy. Had to resort to my ramen noodle for breakfast sadly.

Wonderful breakfast buffet and easy parking and access
19 Sept 2026
I was really impressed by the breakfast buffet. There’s cava there’s fruit juices of all kinds, and smoothies! The chef will make personalized egg dishes. There’s lots of places to get coffee so you don’t have to wait and I was just very impressed that they had a lot of vegetables too in addition to lots of meats and cheeses and of course, fruit fruit fruit ?? salad! I love a good breakfast buffet and the parking was really easy with large spaces and it’s easy to get to without having to drive through Granada! so I really thought this was a great choice especially with me driving alone and so I recommended it.

Team Meeting
17 Sept 2026
We had a company team meeting at the Barcelo Congress hotel. Everything was taken care off, we had wonderful rooms, full breakfast, and a great lunch at the restaurant.I had a water leak in my room. The staff was very helpful in relocating me to another room. The only downside was the poor quality of the wifi in the congress room, I had to use my phone as mobile hotspot.
