Nice hotel in good location. Friendly staff and reasonably adequate breakfast - shame about the toasters not very efficient. We were charged €15 for small water bottles that we were not aware of and there was no price indication that this was chargeable. Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is new, clean, and has a lovely, lively atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant.A special mention to Ruben at the front desk, who was exceptional — so sweet, kind, helpful, and incredibly patient. I wasn’t completely happy with my original double room, and he went out of his way to arrange another one for me. The second room was much bigger and made my stay much more comfortable.I also loved the Rituals toiletries and, especially, the breakfast. The options aren’t excessive, but they are so carefully selected that the variety feels just perfect. Everything I wanted was there, and I genuinely loved the breakfast.The hotel is in a very nice area too. Overall, a lovely experience, with the wonderful front desk service being one of the highlights. Only a 10-15 pleasant walk from the centre , this hotel had such a warm welcoming feeling . The staff were polite and super helpful throughout our stay. (Shout out to Paqui..!) Very friendly and attentive staff.Hotel itself is modern layout, although I suspect the building is itself quite old. Very similar type of hotel where so much is going on when you enter with a restaurant/bar area beside the check-in. There were a couple of issues that arose, one they could sort, the other seemingly not.This type of hotel is not really for me, however, if I had to stay here again, then it would do and, as mentioned, staff friendly.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Hotel is modern, spotless and in a great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable with quality linen and towels. Breakfast buffet was more than ample. The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. We did not make use of the small rooftop pool nor the hotel’s Gastro restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at this fantastic hotel.
