  Great location and view, but what a dissappointment

  The location and view were great. The configuration of the bedroom and bathroom were poorly designed. If you're there for two or three days it probably wouldn't be an issue but we were there for 7 nights and it became quite exasperating. We're not big people but we had trouble navigating around the bed, shower and toilet. There was no instruction on how to use the TV, washing machine, dishwasher and heat ( we were there in November and it gets quite chilly at night). There was no laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent. We found the clothes line and ironing board by accident. There was a dog next door that barked whenever the owner went out or if it heard us moving about the apartment. Also we were not instructed how to exit the building without keys for the downstairs door on the day we left. All in all would not rent this apartment again Casa Montalbán Apartamentos Turísticos, Dueño at Casa Montalban Apartamentos, responded to this review Hi Alda.I can't believe your comment. You stayed in an absolutely spectacular house, with all the amenities and facilities, with the best ratings and reviews, and you still managed to get angry about everything. The apartment is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and has two terraces with absolutely stunning views.Do you need instructions for the TV? Just ask! They were in the apartment. Do you need instructions for the washing machine, dishwasher, or air conditioning? Please ask me. I told you I was always available, and only when you were leaving did I find out that you had been opening the building door with your key instead of using the clearly marked button. And the building even has a doorman!I'm sorry you heard the neighbor's dog. You can never hear it in the apartment (no one has ever complained), and it only bids you a friendly farewell when you leave.The bed is large, 1.5 meters wide. There are two showers in the apartment, one normal and one even larger.I really don't know what's gotten into you. You didn't say a word to me during your stay, and now, almost a month later, you're leaving this review and score. Well, I hope you'll be happy.

  We stayed at the Frailes 28 apartment in Granada as a family of six, and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a small living area with a kitchenette. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean.The host Fernando was extremely friendly and gave us excellent tips for enjoying the city. The location couldn’t be better—right in the city center yet situated on a quiet street, which made our stay very pleasant. The building has an elevator, and the apartment is suitable even for guests with mobility difficulties. It is also very peaceful, which makes it an ideal place to stay.We were even lucky enough to be granted a late checkout, since there was no reservation after ours. This was a very kind gesture, and we truly appreciated it.Overall, a wonderful stay thanks to a fantastic host Fernando. Highly recommended!

  Great location but lacking in many ways.

  The apartment is in a great location and is clean. However, it is by no means a "penthouse". The furnishing is basic, lumpy pillows, noisy, tiny lift to the 6th floor. There was a small sink, mircrowave, fridge and kettle, but hardly a kitchen. There was a corkscrew but no glasses so we had to buy 2 wine glasses. The description stated "luxury toiletries" were provided but there was not even handsoap. Again we hahd to buy handsoap We were disappointed and feel that this accommodation is overpriced. I don't understand how you can say that an apartment where not even the sound of birds can bother you is noisy.The kitchen is small, yes, but more than enough. You don't come to Granada to cook, with all the variety of restaurants and tapas bars there are, but if you want to, you have everything at home. But I don't understand why, if you needed something, the glasses or the sink that you apparently lacked, you didn't ask me the first day. It seems you prefer to complain online.By the way, this apartment is an "atico". Expedia, and even Google translates it as penthouse. Just like they, and not me, speak in English about luxury toiletries. I don't know what you expected, but the photos and description on your website are clear. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it and didn't contact me as I asked if you needed anything at all.And, by the way, the price is great. Granada is an affordable city, and the quality of the apartment, its location, its views and qualities, appreciated by many other visitors, is far superior to the modest price you paid.So sorry

  Great location. Bars and restaurants nearby offered variety of food and drink. Excellent accommodation with brilliant view of Sierra Nevada. Really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening and the overall high standard. Amazing trip.

  Beautiful apartment in the best location next to the cathedral. Open the Juliette balcony doors and look at the cathedral and orange trees. Modern and beautiful apartment and a great price.
