    Good !

    rating23 May 2019

We stayed overnight on 14 May. It's a old hotel with a traditional look. The room was very large with four beds. Room had no balcony. Window was opening in a corridor and so no view at all. Felt claustrophobic.Room was clean. Bathroom was nice. Plug points were damaged and hence had trouble while charging. Breakfast was good but restaurant was crowded due to large tourist groups. Overall it was good experience.

    Just an overnight

    rating02 Feb 2019

Close to the airport, this is a cheap and easy stopover. It is fresh, clean and basic but adequate. To get to our room, we had to leave the main building and walk through a courtyard and up some steps to get to the elevator to get us up to our floor. It was raining, but the receptionist chose not to take us to our room but pointed and said "It is over there". Thank you, sir!The room itself was well furnished, the beds were good, but the shower......One of those in which you had to step in the bath. OK. However, the he water was scalding hot one moment and icy the next. Not a good idea unless you are particularly agile.Catering was cafeteria style, decently priced, and the food quality was very good.Well done the chef! The staff were excellent, kind and obliging. This is Granada. At their prices, you could hardly do better unless you really wante ro push the boat right out!

Not so 4 star, more student accommodation

    rating07 Dec 2018

We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. It was meant to be a 4 star hotel but it really is not. No more than 3 at best. Facilities are basic however the bedrooms are clean and serviced everyday. Given this is a 4 star hotel apparently, very poor quality shower gel and shampoo as shown in the picture. At night the hotel is very noisy and you can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. With no carpet on the bedroom floors or in the corridors to soak up the noise, getting a restful nights sleep is a real challenge, as your either woken up by people outside your room, or woken up by those in your room in the middle of the night if they need the toilet. Breakfast is lacking in variety and tables in the main restaurant are nothing more than garden tables with table cloths on them. Coffee however is ok considering it’s from a machine. Location is not good if your looking to see the city however taxis are reasonable price wise. One ray of sunshine is the bird Avery under the stairs. As a animal lover this is a nice little feature to keep both kids and adults entertained and brighten up anyone’s day. Won’t be rushing back.

    One day in Granada

    rating18 Nov 2017

We stayed in Granada only for 1 days and our trip managed by travel agency. Agency chose hotel for our group. Location of hotel is very bad, I thought that we are in industrial part of Granada. Hotel staff was ok, not to tell something special. We slept in double room; room was very pour standard, the best thing is bed-very comfortable for sleep, bathroom has only fixed shower and it s not good. When we opened window of room, room has hall view in the middle of hotel and we didn t have fresh air and it was loudly. Breakfast is very classic. Standard of hotel is for two or three stars, NOT FOR FOUR STARS for sure, very basic and I don t recommend for other travel.

Room was ok but the breakfast was very disappointing

    rating26 Feb 2017

Room was a basic design but comfortable enough. Quite a walk from reception up and down steps. I used the hotel for a quick fix for a business trip. I rely on a good breakfast to fuel the day and unfortunately it was not a great experience for me. They had run out of the hot food and when I asked when there would be more they said they had run out????? Not a great experience overall and when back in Granada I will not be returning.
