Location

    Hotel was in the city close to many amenities,We stayed at the hotel for a week with my family, rooms were clean and food was delicious, we would also want to thank Celia our waitress in the restaurant for looking after us , all was top notch👌

    Very well situated hotel in the old rown area. we cheated so used a public transport ( bus 9 and 30&32) to Alhambra which was optimal and preservating. Arwa around Chatedral of Granada is full of excellent bars & restaurablnts and taverns so you cant miss ...Take any fish menu...

    IN ENGLISHI booked and paid a room with these hotel through agoda.com. Then the hotel said that it was sold out and that they could not give me that room and invited me to talk to agoda.com. My advice to this hotel is that if they are sold out, they should inform agoda.com. By the way, my money from this booking is still not returned to me....You are warned...EN ESPANOLReservé y pagué una habitación en este hotel a través de agoda.com. Entonces el hotel dijo que no tenian mas habitaciones y que no me podían dar esa habitación y me sugirieron que hablara con agoda.com. Mi consejo a este hotel es que si no tienen mas habitacion, que informen a agoda.com. Por cierto, todavía no me han devuelto el dinero de esta reserva... Están avisados..

    Ok hotel for a few days stay

    Nice hotel about 20-25 minute walk from the cathedral, not bang in the centre but not too far away.Bed was comfortable, shower good, had a safety box at night extra fee, tv was very small and not central to the bed so watching a bit of the Olympic Games was a tad difficult for my wife on the far side of the bed.The breakfast was an add on and nothing special, we had it as it was convenient but a lack of savoury items was a downfall. When compared to the breakfast we had in our previous hotel in Seville it was night and day.Overall this hotel is good but I would look for a hotel with a pool if I ever came to Granada again, and a better breakfast option.Staff were very helpful and friendly.     Changes urgently needed

    The hotel has 2 strong sides: the location, and the staff. I must mention the Front Desk staff, very friendly and accommodating, with quick check in, and check out process. Whoever owns the place, has to bear in mind that even the most amazing staff will, sooner or later, stop covering up any other failures. Good staff members will start leaving the place for a better one as they will be ashamed to work at such a crappy place. I come from the hospitality industry, and I can clearly identify problems in the hotel, which is a low budget given by the owner/owners, or poor management. CLEANLINESS: In my opinion housekeeping staff is not given enough time to clean the rooms properly. When we checked in, the bed tables, including the phone, were literally covered with dust. Therefore there were ants in the room, and the bathroom ceiling and walls were full of mould. I don't understand, nowadays you can easily get environmentally friendly detergents for the mould, and for ants.BREAKFAST BUFFET QUALITY: Even though the variety of products was very wide, the quality was incredibly poor. The cheapest stuff that would be normal to get in the hostel or student sort of accommodation, but not in the 4 star hotel. Very bitter, and burned coffee from the self service coffee machine (1 out of 2 was out of order by the way), green clumps in scrambled eggs, and totally green, not ready to eat bananas.... All these should not be served in the 4* hotel. AMENITIES: We were quite surprised there was no ironing board in the room, normally there are 4* hotels. We asked Reception around 11pm about the possibility of getting it to the room, but the Night Receptionist was clueless where he could find it, and asked to come back in the morning. This situation should not happen as the night shift members should be most experienced, and most aware of all the hotel aspects. We could not wait to do ironing until the morning so I had to do it on the bed. Thank God we had an iron in the car so I was able to prepare our outfits for the wedding the following day.
