Centrally located on a main road in the business district of the city, this historical hotel lies within a short distance of the tourist centre with its many restaurants, links to the transport network and shops. The designer hotel is also within a stone's throw of the cathedral, the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the old Jewish Quarter of the city and the city hall. It is around 5 minutes' walk to the Albaicin district, Sacromonte Abbey and the Alhambra. The railway station is 1 km away and it is 15 km to the airport. The nearest ski resort is approximately 30 km from the hotel.

The hotel was built in 1890. Guests have a choice of 42 rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Beautiful palace & courtyard

    We enjoyed our stay at the Palacio de los Patos with a very spacious turret room that enhanced the character of our stay! The staff was bery very accommodating, helping us to locate our guide for the day who took us on the Alhambra tour. We enjoyed cocktails and tapas in the private courtyard surrounding the hotel.     Lovely hotel in historic building

    We enjoyed our long weekend at Hospes Palacio de los Patos very much indeed. We had booked a Junior Suite and they kindly upgraded us on arrival to Grand Junior Suite room number 20, which is a magnificent room on the ground floor with large windows overlooking the garden and a gorgeous marble bathroom. The huge bed was extremely comfortable, sleep quality was excellent - the room was very dark and quiet at night (effective double glazing and shutters as well as curtains).Breakfast was delicious with a nice range of buffet and à la carte items and smiley and attentive service.     It was a beautiful hotel, centrally located. The food (breakfast & dinner) was great. Ty e outdoor part of the restaurant was lovely & fun. Our attic room on the top floor was cozy @ quaint. The staff were extremely helpful across the board. We highly recommend..     Perfect location. It was walking distance to great ships and restaurants. Although that also made it a bit noisy. Still the hotel was absolutely stunning. Great onsite restaurant too.
