  I was supposed to sleep in this place but unfortunately the situation turns to be terrible... we arrived at 12:00 (this was the time decided for the check in). Nobody replied to us (we called them 20 times by phone) and we tried to ring the doorbell as well with no answers.After waiting two hours they let us come inside the bulding and told us that they never reply by phone (I guess they are too lazy) and told us in a rude way that the room that we booked was not available...we were three people and they wanted to give us a double room instead.We were so upset that we decided to leave the bulding and find another place for the night.We have to discuss a lot before getting back our money because, in their opinion, they were doing us a favour giving the room they choose for us...I don't reccomend you to stay in this hostel, people that workl there are not qualified enough. If you don't have the room that the guest booked you have to inform him/her. This was not professional.We lost a lot of time and they did not say sorry to us... incredible!In addition I would like to say that there is no elevator.Stay safe, go somewhere else.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

  We booked a room for three people with one month in advance... The communication was terrible and the staff was not qualified enough. I sent them several messages wit no reply.We arrived at 12:00 because that was the time for checking in and they told us to wait until 14:00.We called them 20 times with no reply...we tried to ring the doorbell but nobody replied as well.Nobody will reply to you by phone because they are too lazy to answer (this is what the owner of the hostel Susana told me in a very bad way).They were not professional and not prepared.In the end they wanted to give us a double room and we were three people(WITHOUT telling us in advance and without asking!) telling us that they were completely full.We decide to leave since we were very upset with no place to go and we had to find another place the same day.These are the pictures taken by me of the original room and of the room that they want to give us.I don't recommend anyone in here, stay safe and go somewhere else.P.s. they were wrong and called us disrespectful because we got upset at them...I can't believe it! I don't recommend this place at all. Luckily Airbnb helped us because they didn't want to give us back the money and we had to discuss a lot before getting them.👎👎👎👎👎👎

  Absolutely Horrible!

  Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are cold and smell of cold cigarette smoke so bad. The heater wasn’t working in our room and when we tried to get some blankets from the common area we got yelled at by the owner who accused us of stealing. She raised her voice so loud she woke everyone up, and took the blankets back even though we told her we were freezing to death. There is no reception so you need a key to enter AND to exit the building, making it a huge fire hazard and I wouldn’t be surprised if that actually was illegal. Not to mention, they refused to give us more than one set of keys per room (we had a total of 4 beds in our room). Sheets and pillows were disgusting and definitely were not washed. Absolute disaster and will never, ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

  Perfect for me - I wanted somewhere relatively cheap but not scary for a woman travelling alone. This exceeded my expectations, great location, great price, clean, comfortable and run by a lovely lady. Many thanks Susanna!

  A great place to stay, with excellent localisation, not far from the centre and yet in a quiet and safe area. The owner was very nice and the room was clean and cosy. We will most likely choose this place again.
