Enjoyed our trip to Granada and our stay at this hotel which is situated ideally for exploring, the rooms are spacious and clean , check in was painless , staff were very friendly , the only downside as I could say was that they could do with some comfy chairs in the bar area , they were a little uncomfortable. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.There is no self catering at this hotel. So please be aware. This was disappointing. The sofa bed in our room had a very bad mattress, I mentioned this to reception and they went to the room to sort it.But I don't think it was changed as it had a big dip in the middle.Parking was €16 a day, which seemed a bit steep.There wasn't any coffee in the room. Reception said if we wanted coffee we had to buy it downstairs!This hotel only caters for business customers not for families. Reception staff were polite and helpful.We were woken up by room service twice even though we had the 'do not disturb' sign outside the door.Forgot to wash my mug in the morning, when we came back at 10pm the mug was still there, only the bed had been done.Not a great hotel as shown on their website.The pool was very nice.But thr windows all around were covered in pigeon poo.Only recommend for those who do not mind paying extra for every little thing. Near the bullring

Location is lovely can walk into the centre,if not there is a public bus across the road from hotel and it is s short journey to the cathedral. I thought stopping outside the centre was easier with the car. This was our very first hotel during our week in Andalusia, Spain and while I enjoyed it I must admit I had a bit higher hopes... we arrived pretty late to a hot underground one way garage, we took an elevator to the main floor just to find out that there is no bar at the hotel, and that the pool will be closing soon - so that wasn't the "start" I was hoping for.The rooms we got were decent, though very hot - the A/C took ages to cool them down a bit. Also, I didn't quite follow the setup - my parents of 2 got the room with a separate lounge bed, whereas my room for 1 person had 2 doubles beds + 3rd extra one... not that was an issue but perhaps a mix up? What was painful though were the doggies... don't get me wrong I love dogs, I adore them but this was the first time in my life that I realized why not all hotels are dog friendly... the dogs in other rooms were barking quite heavily... over night it was OK but during the day any person passing their room in the hallway attracted immediate reaction :/Even though there was no bar, it was possible to get a beer from the restaurant in the evening along with some food and snacks + selection of wines - so don't get discouraged the way I got at first - the staff here and at breakfast was super friendly, the biggest asset of the hotel! Breakfast was fairly basic but the best part was the outside courtyard to enjoy the fresh air in the morning - July in the shade it was perfectly fine.As for the location - we didn't really get to explore anything around as we arrived late and the very next morning left for Alhambra but driving around I can say it was not too far from the San Miguel Alto viewpoint - fairly straight forward and easy drive. Great city stay with a car

The Room was great for three travelers with two separate big beds and extra bed, which was a good quality one. There was a fridge in the room as well, which was nice to keep our drinks cool.Also, there was a small couch and a table.Our room located in same floor where is the pool and terrace which was very convenient. Breakfast was very various and plenty of food! The only big minus for the hotel is that there is no restaurant or bar for food. We arrived from Sacramento gypsy caves tired and hungry. Luckily the reception gave us directions to order food from Uber eats. Also, there aren’t many restaurants nearby.In the lobby, they do sell drinks and snacks.Also, the pool opening hours are very strange. It opens late like 10am and close early. They have parking underground, which was one of the reasons to choose this hotel, but the price 22€ is very much in my opinion.
