Ruines our stay - no respect for tourist

    rating10 Nov 2025

The hotel is very nice and clean, but I wouldn't recommend coming right now because there's construction going on outside. We were woken up at 7:30 am, which was a public holiday for us, and it ruined our stay because we were very tired and went to bed too late. There was construction work right next to the hotel, starting at 7:00 am. I don't think the hotel made any effort to open at 9:00 am or even 10:00 am for this type of work. It's a shame for a tourist town! I strongly advise you to stay somewhere else for the time being because I don't feel well with so much noise early in the morning. It's not normal.

Nice hotel with poor temperature control

    rating10 Jul 2025

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Spain tour. The lobby is nicely decorated with elevators all around the lobby floor. Felt expensive, but roomy and empty. The room had wood looking floors. The bathroom for our room had plenty of space and a nice shower. Service was responsive when I asked for extra towels. The big problem with the room was the A/C. It was on full blast all evening and overnight. It never got cool - it became a sweaty night of sleep, very uncomfortable. Suspect that the A/C unit needed maintenance. We found out that some other people on our tour had to change rooms, since their A/C units were not working. Seems like a frequent problem with this hotel. The exercise room was ample sized with dumbbells, treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. It is a decent hotel. The poor A/C unit made the stay miserable. Thankfully, we only stayed here one night.

    Bad management

    rating19 Aug 2024

Had booked this hotel thinking it will be a good one, it does look great from the outside and the inside, me my wife and my son booked for 2 nights, got in the room turned the AC on waiting for the room to get cooled, suffered the night because they had a bad AC in that room, complained to the front desk and asked to check out and get our money back, she had to call the manager/ owner, he was nice and offered a replacement room/ junior suite room and offered us a dinner at the Italian restaurant next door, we thought it was nice of him, got the room Ac worked great, in the night went to the restaurant and guess what!! he wouldn’t pay for it because it’s either suffer another night in the no AC room and get the dinner 😂😂😂 or get the suite and no dinner, what a scam, too bad for this nice looking hotel that they are not that busy maybe because of the lack of service they have, I will try to dispute the suffering night payment! I won’t come back to this hotel!

    Clean, but no atmosphere.

    rating23 Jul 2024

I loved the look of this hotel from the outside & the lobby. It is so clean and so grand looking. However, when we landed the staff had very little English and to ask any questions was difficult. Also, we were the only people staying at the hotel. The pool was freezing & had a dead bird in it for the 2 days we were there. We went to the spa which was lovely but had a dead cockroach in reception. There was no food available the whole time, the bar was in darkness. Our room was spacious and clean with a good tv and lovely jacuzzi. Just quite strange how nobody stays here and there's no food or bar open due to this.

Not good, left at the first opportunity. 2* hotel in a 5* facade

    rating12 Jun 2024

We booked a junior suite for 3 nights on a driving tour of Spain. We arrived in the afternoon & checked into the large hotel after parking the car underground. The room was enormous and very nice, however it was not clean with petals under the bed and on the floor around the mini bar, the carpet was not cleaned in one room and there was no soap in the bathroom. No tea or coffee available so we went downstairs but were told that the bar and cafeteria was shut and to walk around the corner where we could get a coffee, the only place we could find was a cafe in the shop but it was closed. The whole place was devoid of staff other than the very pleasant young girl on the front desk.At this point we had had enough so asked to see the manager, he was duly sent for and we told him that we wanted to leave (through an interpreter) and wanted out money back. Long story short, we had booked through booking.com so the hotel had to pay them commission, the manager (possible the owner) was very reasonable and tried to entice us to stay but we weee at the point we just wanted to get out, anyway we stayed the night and the manager promised us our own waiter as long as we stayed, we went to the pool & were supplied (& topped up) with wine. However the glasses were still there the next day when we left.Breakfast in the morning was a car crash with terrible service and awful food; we seemed to be the only people there. It was branded as a 5* resort but frankly nothing could be further from the truth, 2* would be generous would be pushing it other than the very nice junior suite.Management tried their best
