    Location, location, location! The staff is really helpful and friendly. Very clean and no frills. If all you need is a place to sleep and shower, the price is great.

    Very well located hotel. Close to Cathedral, Albacin and Plaza Nueva. Rooms comfortable but a bit ‘tired’. Breakfast adequate. Good value.

    Great location- so close to cathedral and Plaza Nueva. Also bus stops to Airport ,train and bus stations. Lovely building in the heart of it all. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. My room was located at the rear of the building with views of the Alhambra tower. So, no street noise and great views. I had a superior room which was large by city standards. Well equipped and very comfortable. Over the bath shower, there is lots of hot water and great shower gel. Recommended.

    Good hotel, very close to Cathedral and walking distance to Alhambra.The room is spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable and bathroom is good size and well equipped.Breakfast is delicious, with plenty of choices.Staff at the hotel is very friendly and attentive.Bus stop is very close to hotel, approx. 2 min walk, ideal if you get the bus from and to the airport...There are lots of restaurants and Alcaiceria is just round the corner.Its really good hotel in good location, its all you really need to for a short city break.

    Location is very good. Builiding is nice and hotel is clean. We booked superior room with Alhambra view. Room was spacious enough but you only have lateral view to famous castle and fortres. Direct view is to wall few meters from room. Other thing is that room was on 5.th floor. Lift goes up to 3. Floor and then there are narrow stairs to floors 4 and 5. If you go by car ciuld be problem because closest parking San Augusto is often full and you can not wait for some place to be freed because entrance is in narrow and busy street . Breakfast and staff are ok.
