    Nice for a night

    rating17 Feb 2020

We spent New Year’s Eve here. I must have been expecting a bit more “old world” ambience. The room was typically on the smaller side-standard for touristy European towns. Rhe bathroom was quite big. The breakfast was limited but adequate, The area was just okay. Don’t stay here (in the area) if you’re looking to walk around the antique Granada of Gypsy lore. They offer parking for an extra fee in a lot down the block. The view of the Monastary is lovely-just as the posted photos depict.

    Convenient location near city centre

    rating25 Oct 2018

This small hotel is well located being less than 10 mins walk to the cathedral but in need of some refurbishment. Our room faced the monastery (a visit is highly recommended) but we were regularly disturbed at night by loud voices in the street even though our window was closed and we had secondary glazing. Staff were very helpful when we needed to find a plug for the basin and bath as both were missing.

What a secret weapon they have

    rating18 Oct 2018

With such good room rates, we are happy with our big room with full window even though it is as bare as an egg. Fluffy soft towels, nice smelling clean linens and an ultra spacious bathroom made me feel so pampered. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the drainage outlet inside the room that gave out a slight foul smell. When this matter was brought to the hotel staff, he immediately and kindly offered us another room with a view to the monastery! Can’t ask for more. (The WiFi inside both rooms were weak though. )All flaws are forgotten the moment we come face to face with the hotel’s secret weapon- the roof top bar. Merely sitting there with a drink and let oneself embrace by the spectacular view makes it feels good to be away from home. Ps: On google map, the cathedral looks far away but it’s actually within walking distance.

    Disappointing and noisy

    rating17 Aug 2018

My first time in Granada and this hotel was awful. First night we got no sleep. there was noise from a bar downstairs all night. I checked the time and it was gone past 5:30am and there was still loud noise from outside. In the morning we asked for a room change. This was quoted but smelt of cigarettes. House keeping are also not quite in the morning.Reception staff at check in were not helpful. Had to go back to reception to ask for the WiFi code. I would not recommend staying here. I’ve stayed in better hostels.

    Disappointing

    rating04 Aug 2018

Me and my daughter decided to have a city break in Granada, we stayed in this hotel. We paid for the breakfast which was disappointing there were little cockroaches near the table against the wall. We had the room with the balcony,it was so noisy the dustbin truck comes at midnight to collect the rubbish the hallway was horrible and smelt bad on level 1.the room was tiny and the bed was a really small double. The only nice thing was the shower cubicle because it was new but you can't exactly sleep in that.my advice would be to get an apartment
