The hotel is located in a quiet area of central Granada, next to the charming Moorish Quarter of Albayzín. Granada is just 40 minutes' drive from the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. The Alhambra is around 10 minutes' walk from the hotel and Granada Cathedral is 400 m away. Granada Airport is about 1 km away and Malaga Airport is some 130 km away.

Facility

33 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Great value, great location, very clean, comfy beds.

    The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre, near the bars, Cathedral and shops but it's tucked away so it's not noisy. Or room (103) was very clean and the beds were really comfortable, we had a view out over the little square behind. There was a little noise of chatter and laughter from the people enjoying the restaurant in the square but that sort of noise never bothers me. The bus to the Alhambra stops outside the back of the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and were happy to keep our luggage whilst we went for lunch, as we arrived early before our room was ready. They did the same when we checked-out and our bus wasn't leaving until 4pm. We were very happy there and I think it's good value, I'd definitely stay again.     Hotel is in an excellent location with the advantage of underground parking. The rooms are comfortable, bright and modern. Breakfast typical continental offering fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, tomatoes, bread, sweet pasties and a few hot items. Onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner. Although the hotel is 3 star they give 5 star service especially when answering emails promptly prior to arrival. Christian in reception is excellent offering a warm welcome on our arrival, informative and always offering a friendly welcome as we passed through reception. Would stay here again when visiting Granada.     Right in the centre of the city and everything is in walking distance. Very comfortable rooms and breakfast excellent m. We stayed here for one night as part of a motorcycle tour. It has underground carpark, so your bike will be safe. But, it would also be safe on the street as nothing ever gets stolen I believe. Would definitely recommend this hotel.     Loved the location as it was within a short walking distance from the Alhambra and the Cathedral! Our room was the best of all as it looked out to the narrow quaint street/placita. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Staff were very nice and courteous. Loved the complimentary coffee/tea/water and AC! As we were the in the heat of summer!     Very convenient location. Minibuses to Alhambra and Albaicin are almost right outside the door. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Shower doors needs attention, easy to get water on the bathroom floorDid not use restaurantRoom temperature controls need replacing, difficult to useEntrance is bit tricky to find initially, side street in an alley, we ended up going through the restaurant on the day of arrival from the back.
