At the hotel I had a technical problem. I asked at reception for some help. The young person could not help. Juan overheard my request. He offered to help. He was so patient and helpful. He fixed everything for me. Huge thanks to Juan. And I had a lovely 2 day stay at ibis granada 🤗🙂

Situated about 50mins walk from the centre of the city, this budget hotel gave us a comprehensive welcome. Our room was very basic but functional; everything worked.
