Location

This rural hotel is situated in the Sierra Nevada nature park.     The gem of the lido when it comes to three star hotels

    I have been coming to the hotel rigel for years when visiting the lido Di Venezia and I have never been disappointed by the exceptional service that luca and his team at the rigel has provided. The breakfasts have been well laid out and the hotel rooms have been more than adequate to stay in. I will definitely returning to this hotel and supporting the hotel rigel in the future

    Price perfect for our budget, not over the top like the hotels on Venice island. The breakfast buffet was the perfect holiday treat. Bicycles at the hotel, we used them for a sunrise swim at the beach. Staff very friendly, special thank you to Bella that cleaned our room, she was very funny, nothing was a problem. Staff at breakfast were constantly busy filling up the food and clearing away empty plates just as quick. Clean hotel and I’m a fussy customer! Only have one tiny criticism mattress was uncomfortable. Typical Italian hotel, traditional look. Definitely recommend Rigel Hotel, thank you for an exceptional stay.

    Overall the hotel was clean and within close proximity to road and water transport links. Good choice of breakfast items. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just a few minor details that can be amended for future use. There were insufficient electrical sockets in the room and the kettle lead wasn’t long enough and had to be placed on the floor, potentially causing injury when containing boiled water.. The hair dryer took far too long to dry short hair as it was outdated, basically a tube without settings. also the shower head wasn’t stable and fell off while in use. However we did enjoy our stay at the hotel and found it comfortable and temperate once we mastered the thermostat.

    We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rigel in Venice on the Lido. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for exploring both the Lido and Venice itself.However, the real highlight of our stay was the incredible staff, particularly Marco M. Every evening, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always with a smile and a warm, friendly manner. Our son instantly bonded with him, and it was heartwarming to see their friendship grow over the three nights we stayed.A truly memorable experience—thank you to the team and especially Marco M for making our trip so special!

    This is a lovely hotel very close to the waterbus and 5 min walk to the beach.Staff are very helpful special thank you to Marc would highly recommend this hotel so close to all the amenities but still in a nice quiet location 😀 we will certainly be returning
