    Pleasant clean rooms and excellent, friendly service and in an excellent location. The person on reception rescued me - After we had checked out and caught a taxi, I left my hand bag (containing my passport etc) in the taxi. The hotel tracked down the taxi and arranged for the driver to deliver it to me at the train station. Such a relief! Wonderful!

    Amazing deal and location for the price ! The view from the room and balcony was unbeatable, looking out onto a plaza with cafe’s and a church, can be noisy at night but not bad at all. Air conditioning, good wifi, and really comfortable bed. You cannot beat this hotel for the price and location!

    Grab the local bus just outside the train station and ride three stops to this unassuming yet extremely comfortable hotel. The location could not be more perfect for all of the sightseeing and tapas restaurants in the area. For an extremely good price, you get a very big and comfortable room with fantastic views of the plaza and church across the way. Bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast restaurant a block away. Simply can’t be beat for the price.

    Nice neat place with basic amenities, rooms are clean, located in the old quarter closest to many night spots. I had a room looking out to the inner patio, quiet and basic.Walkable to the Alhambra Complex. Explore Granada. I did and enjoyed every bit of it.

    Stayed here for 4 nights. The location is very good and central. The room is blacked out, so you can sleep in if the noise allows. Wi fi is also good.But, after you checkin that’s where the service stops. Reception is on the first floor and the door is closed. Not very welcoming, you feel you are bothering the couple to ask for help. You have to notify them if you want your room made up, as it’s not done automatically. They don’t change the towels everyday and they provide one glass in the bathroom for a couple, we had to ask for one extra glass and that seemed an effort. One small bar of a soap that alternated between the hand basin and the shower was provided.Small pokey bathroom, and the bed has a sloping soft mattress that leans towards the centre of the double bed. Thin walls and at times a noisy plaza makes for a noisy time.Can’t believe it’s rated as an 8 on booking. Com.
