This attractive hotel is located in the midst of beautiful gardens in the tourist and shopping centre of Granada. There is a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area, as well as a number of banks. It is also located close to sightseeing attractions, such as the cathedral, Capilla Real (Royal Chapel), Iglesia del Sagrario church and the Madraza (the old Arabic university). Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

6 suites, 15 single rooms and 87 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift.     Rooms and bathrooms a reasonable size..water pressure in shower poor..bed firm and room clean..no balcony for me..just a window facing a brick wall..others in my group had balcony rooms so I feel a little annoyed by the different treatment...pool area nice and bar prices reasonable..easy 1.4k walk to the cathedral

    First the excellent - pool, bed, clean place and helpful staff Now the good- air conditioning, breakfast buffet and location Now the not so good - small room (620) tiny window and no balcony, top floor with only one elevator that goes to that floor, gym not open ;( you have to get the key) , no instructions on how to turn AC down ( assuming the switch was in the bathroom), outdated bath with a shower door system that leaks water all over the floor, lack of a shelf or hooks in bathroom for toiletries, furniture needing a serious update. Bones of the place are excellent- but not a four star. This place could be so much better with a few updates to the bathroom in particular.

    We had a one-night stay during a brief visit to Granada. This is a very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The location is central so easy to walk around the bars and alongside the river. Nice bar. As we are in the area regularly we will visit again.

    nice & elegant hotellocation is good about 15 min. walk to old city.entrance lobby is small but there is lobby bar with many seating ; ground floor also the swimming pool ; the parking is small for maybe 8 cars !!rooms are fine ; there is 2 parts ; the new one is where the spa located.bathrooms are nice with nice shampoo & shower gel.clean hotel & rooms.breakfast is good in 4 floor ; very nice staff & polite ; as we being with group the reservation mrs nasrawin was very helpful & top proffisional.of course coming back.

    Lack of consideration for the client

    I made an honest mistake when booking on the last minute at 9 pm. and booked for the same night instead of the next day and the hotel kept my money and did not accept to change the reservation for it was a non refundable fee! The hotel phone number was not available and they didn’t even take the trouble of responding my email! I consider this a huge lack of consideration for the client and will never consider or recommend it to anyone!!
