    Our stay at the Meliá Granada was very pleasant. The Level Terrace has beautiful views overlooking the Alhambra and the Cathedral. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff provided exceptional customer service. We would like to recognize the porter Alejandro who was very helpful not only with our luggage but suggestions for our first day of sightseeing, and always with a smile; Andrea and Alexandra at The Level lobby who were very welcoming; and Andrea & Karen at The Level Terrace (where we had breakfast every day, and snacks in the afternoon) who were exceptionally attentive and kind.     A great time at affordable prices in Granada

    Melia was initially recommended, booked and paid by my daughter following her earlier visit to the city in April with her family. Hotel is in the heart of the city centre. Closed to all tourists attraction. Rooms were larger and both hotel and the location are cleanly environments. Overall is a great place and value for money.     Compliments to the staff at Melia Granada, especially the doorman, Julian! He was always ready with a smile to help the guests and ensure they were taken care of. As for the room…Linens and towels were divine! It was well appointed (unfortunate view for our room) but the amenities were really nice and I especially appreciated all the outlets - not common to find in Europe. I’d highly recommend this hotel!!     Exceptional Service with staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were made to feel like really special guests, by Paula in the Lounge. My colleague and I were looked after from the moment we arrived.
