Luxurious Stay with a View
30 Sept 2026
Booked a reservation for 2 rooms here after a family member advised his stay in 2025 had been a great one. So glad we did. We had wonderful views outside our 3rd floor room to the bustling downtown avenue which were beautiful at night. Slept great as there balcony door made the room sound proof to street noise and air conditioner a plus. A very well appointed room with king size bed. All staff were so courteous and helpful. Lucia Bermejo, Director General at NH Collection Granada Victoria, responded to this review Dear Rrheard,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Center of the Center in Granada, Spain
27 Aug 2026
This is an excellent hotel. I wish to highlight an information that this hotel is recently renovated in 2025, all facility looks fresh and shiny. I communicated with hotel before I arrived. Hotel's response is very fast for email. Check in process is very fast, NH hotels have a good system, as a part of Minor Hotels Group. It treats GHA Titanium member nicely, with early check in, room upgrade and welcome gift. The welcome gift is some small cake and cut fruit, which is very nice as afternoon tea. Hotel is in the city center of Granada, very easy to get fast in and out by taxi - All taxi drivers know this hotel. Hotel staffs are very nice: the officer I met at check in, Mr. Mancho is very polite and helpful; while other staffs are also very supportive helping to get the taxi.Overall, this hotel is better than my expectation and provides value to traveler. Lucia Bermejo, General Manager at NH Collection Granada Victoria, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing such positive feedback about your recent stay with us. We are delighted to know that our team, accommodations, and arrival experience left a strong impression. It is wonderful to hear that our pre-arrival communication and check-in process were seamless. We are also pleased that the welcome amenities and our central location contributed to a comfortable and convenient visit.Your recognition of our colleagues’ professionalism and courtesy is greatly appreciated. Providing warm, attentive service and genuine hospitality is central to our values, and it is rewarding to know this was reflected throughout your stay.We are grateful for your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back for another enjoyable visit.Best regards,

Service not at the level of a 4 star hotel
24 Aug 2026
The service at the bar and the eating possibilities are not at a level of a 4 star hotel. It is located in a zone with limited traffic for cars and, despite the reassurance of the personnel I got a fine from the municipality. Lucia Bermejo, Director General at NH Collection Granada Victoria, responded to this review Dear Penp14,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to deliver. Our team aims to provide attentive service and well-rounded dining options that enhance a comfortable stay. We also understand how important seamless arrival and local access can be, and regret any inconvenience you encountered with municipal regulations. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from your visit and remain committed to providing a consistently welcoming experience. We hope to have the chance to better serve you in the future.Best regards,
