  Beautiful place.

  The place is superb, very clean, very cozy I felt honored to step barefoot on authentic ancient Granada floors and I consider that as long as one finds himself in Granada, living in Albaicin is a privilege. Oasis hostel is simply beautiful.There is this crocodile though that works as a volunteer, he came runing into the kitchen one evening, tapped my backpack and asked insolently to move it. I complained about his attitude with no effect as he ate by my side on the terrace a day later, he cleaned his teeth very well magically sucking air through them. I felt a bit insulted as a client by his dominating attitude shown also by the way he spread himself on the couch in front of me.... sucking air through his teeth... bha...a volunteer... Everybody else is very cool, young, pretty... nothing to complain about. The place and the location is fantastic. A glass of something on the terrace at sundown... life doesn't get any better than this.

  the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are so thin , not to mention the shower it literally had black dirt on the floor and in the middle of night i kept hearing the water come from the ceiling above the shower… the rooms had an unusual smell that hit us as we walked in . as soon as we went into the rooms we unpacked all our belongings and realised theres barely any space to put our suitcases for a room that supposedly fits 6 people!! once we had gotten on the top bunk of the bed we realised the massive gap that could fit a human being inbetween the wall and the bed, we could literally fall through and hit our heads on the radiator, this is not very healthy and safety of you oasis hostels , do better next time.

  Amazing hostel

  This place is awesome. Nice pool, lots of common areas, social activities, our dorm had AC, which is a great plus, nice staff, well organized for tours and information. I would definitely return. It is easy to socialize, yet it is quiet to sleep at night. One of the top hostels ive been to so far in Nica.

  Oasis Backpackers has always been like a second home for me. I have stayed there several times with small groups and always pass by to greet the incredible staff that work there. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet two amazing staff members; Ana, who was very professional, accomodating, attentive and resourceful, is someone you should certainly go and meet. I also had the opportunity of meeting Jose from Cadiz. It was always pleasant to chat with him in the morning.

  The worst possible accommodation ever. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. The smell is horrible: urine, weed and farts. The floor looked like it hasn’t been washed in years: all brown full of dirt and hairs. The toilets were clogged and the showers as well. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website (catfish). Not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist. I hope you don’t ever have to stay there.
