Location

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Granada close to a selection of shopping and entertainment venues as well as to many of the city's top tourist sights. Links to the public transport connection is some 50 m from the hotel.

The hotel has 2 suites, 8 apartments, 21 single rooms and 140 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including tennis, a gym, darts, a spa and massage treatments. At the hotel offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals.

    Great location. Guided tours for Alhambra leave from the hotel steps. Reception staff and particularly the manager are quite rude. His attitude seems to rub off on the staff. He literally threw my towel deposit back at me rather than hand it over in a civilised manner. A very “Basil Fawlty” experience. Bar staff were nice, polite and helpful as were cleaners. Room like a shoe box (prison cell), very dated and tired (not up to Premier Inn standards). Bar does not trust you to run a tab, must be paid immediately. Need cash deposit for pool towels. Breakfast OK, but no saucers for coffee. Cutting corners at every step. Definitely not four stars! We have many guests and cannot be like police officers following them around.I know it may seem like distrust, but many guests get up and leave without asking about payment.The same goes for towels; if a deposit isn't requested, people take them or leave them anywhere. If everyone were polite, there wouldn't be so many problems.I would also like to inform you that if you are not happy with the room assigned, you can let us know, and if we have something better to offer you, we will.Thank you for everything, and we invite you to return to our facilities.     Excellent quality / price! Location is just fantastic like 3 min walk to AlHambra! The staff were very nice especially Suzanne, she speaks English and French! Buses are close taxi order is fast!     Closeby Al Hambra, beautiful view, quiet hotel.

    Very good hotel in Granada, closeby Al Hambra. Overall, very good experience. Location is great for Al Hambra visitors. You can easily come to the hotel by public transportation. Hotel is situated in the heart of nature, very closeby Al Hambra. Al Hambra is opened 08.30 am, you can reach the main entrance about 2-3 minutes by walking. As for Granada downtown, it is not away, 15 minutes walking distance. Issue is downhill is easy, but uphill needs physcial condition. Although neighborhood seems to be safe, it is secluded in the night. Taking taxi or public transportation should be preferred. Check in was easy and quick. We're really appreciated check in lady's warm hospitality. Rooms are very good; warm (for winter), spacious (both room and bathroom size) and clean! Rooms offer tea&coffee setups, kettle, minibar. What we don't like is double bed is made up with two twin beds. Hotel offers swimming pool for summer. We stay in November timeframe so that it is closed.As a result, we enjoyed staying in this hotel. If you come to Granada just for Al Hambra visit, you do not need to check elsewhere, just book here!     A nice hotel, very clean, staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, something for everyone. A good bar with reasonable drinks prices. They do a buffet evening meal. Hotel is nestled amongst the trees and park just underneath the Alhambra palace. There’s a local bus stop 5 minute walk which will take you to town and back, 1.60E. We walked into town through the park, takes about 15-20 minutes but longer coming back as it’s a steep gradient. Some bars by hotel.     Awesome Palace with stunning scenery

    Close to the Alhambra Palace, just a 15 mins walk. spacious rooms with a cafe & 2 restaurants. One restaurant has dinner buffet £17 with plenty choices & other restaurant is a la carte.The Alhambra Palace has stunning scenery & gardens with flowers & fountains.
