Helpful desk staff. Well located 2 mins from Alhambra. Comfortable bed, memory foam pillow. Clean bathroom and hot shower with good water pressure. Mini fridge, Patio with furniture. Elevators. What no bar at 11pm!

No bars available at 11pm at night. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. Normally I would pop out to a local bar but the nearest at this time is a 30 minute walk. Really disappointing. Positives: Massive bed, balcony with view, lovely pool area, brilliant base for exploring, ( if you dont mind a hill ), clean and spacious public areas.Negatives: Room a bit tired and safe didnt work.Basically everything you need for a good base, for a good price, when exploring Granada. Check in staff and at bar were wonderful. Staff at the terrace restaurant were just terrible- arrogant and poor service ! Bedrooms are a little dated now but hotel is in a good location. Double beds are small ! The pool is fab in this hot hot hot weather.
