DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL BASED ON THE PHOTOS/REVIEWS
28 Jan 2025
The photos on the Hotel website and Tripadvisor did not represent the room we were allocated for a 3 night stay in January 2025 as part of our tour of Andalucia. The reason we booked this hotel was because of the photos and reviews. As a result we could not stay at this hotel, such was the upset and distress caused we did not take photos/videos or recall the room number. It reminded us of a B&B that could be seen in films from the 1970s. We felt there was no alternative but to book a different hotel. At the point of leaving and after we had booked a different hotel we were then offered another room. Why were we not given the ‘better’ room in the first instance? This is the first time we have felt that we had no alternative but to write a negative review, we are not prone to complain and research the hotels carefully before booking. Hotel Porcel Navas, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Navas, responded to this review Dear HELEN CLAREWe sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide our guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay and we are sorry to hear that your first impression was not the best. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve transparency in our communication and room allocation process. You must understand that not all rooms are the same and neither are the photos. We would have loved for you to enjoy your stay with us and regret that you chose to stay at another hotel. We could have offered you a change to another room if you had told us.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and change your perception with a more positive experience. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.Best regardsJuan Antonio

Great hotel
21 Sept 2024
Fatntastic location! Phenomenal front desk staff! They are So helpful and nice! Specially the lady who checked us in on sep 7 in the morning and the gentleman who was at the desk on sep 8 at 430pm. The rooms are clean and bathroom is good. There’s a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. I’m a big fan of the shower gel in the bathroom with Azhar Scent, I stayed at many hotels and this shower gel is the best, I’m actually searching for it on Amazon and can’t find it. The hotel is located in the middle of a very good touristic area and walking distance to all the bazaars and restaurants. There is a very good restaurant directly infront of the hotel with very delicious food. I highly recommend the hotel when visiting Granada. Hotel Porcel Navas, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Navas, responded to this review Dear RashaThank you so much for your detailed review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay so much and that our reception team provided exceptional service, especially on the days you mention. We're glad you appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the little touches like the kettle with coffee and tea - it makes us smile to know you loved the shower gel! We're sorry you couldn't find it, but we appreciate your appreciation. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location and the nearby restaurant - we hope to welcome you back very soon in Granada!Best regards / Juan Antonio- Director

Very happy to recommend this hotel.Great location so close to everything you would want in this beautiful city.Only 20 minute walk to Alhambra, yes the walk has a steep section but it’s so picturesque with the trees and running water. When we arrived we were greeted by Therese, you gave us great directions and tips. She is very welcoming and friendly. Our room was on the top floor facing the rear. Very quiet and peaceful. We could even see Alhambra from our bathroom window. The breakfast was good with a selection to meet all needs. All the staff were friendly.Loved Granada and you will love staying here Hotel Porcel Navas, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Navas, responded to this review Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to share your stay with us.
