Location

This hotel is located in the centre of the city, just 5 minutes' walk from the historical Old Town with the cathedral and the Albaycin, where guests will enjoy the splendid sunsets reflected in the Alhambra. Thanks to its great setting, guests will be able to do without a car. Granada Airport is 15 km away and it is 150 km to Malaga Airport.

    Bad service, small parking places

    Bad service! They made a mistike we got a fine with our car. Now we can deal with the problems our self instead of they do it because it was there mistake not sent our license plate through the police system to reach the hotel by a street you normally not able to drive in.We stayed from 11 oktober to 12 oktober 2025. But we will advise not to book here specificly when you are comming with a car. Or need service.

    Very central location so some noise from road.Please be aware that check in is in Hotel Universal on opposite side of the road.Basic but decent double room. Comfy bed. Rituals toiletries provided. Bathroom is dated and can do with some repairs.

    I remember I pick that place without reading anything about it, I had a health emergency and I need to be close to my doctor. Every morning LORENA SEEN THE IT WAS A PROBLEM TO HER MY STAY, I renew my room as I need. COCKROACH, Broken A/C in summer..

    Good central location No frills hotel

    2nd visit to Granada & wanted to be fairly central to cathedral, shopping & tapas alley.This hotel ticked all the boxes.On arrival we were given a double room which was very small and oppressive, the bathroom was tiny and the view from the window was aweful! Not what we expected at all! I went & asked to be moved only to be told all double rooms were same ( but what it looked like on the website was much bigger & nicer i pointed out) so the receptionist asked me to check out 2 other rooms which I did and chose a twin room which was bigger & had a larger bathroom.. it’s not brilliant but better... Still rubbish view overlooking alleyway but much less oppressive.Continental breakfast was good with lots of choice but as the coffee machine was placed right next to the toaster it was difficult to use both at the same time so people were in each others way. A simple adjustment to location of one of these machines would be a great help.The TV in the room is tiny and no English channels are available even though we tried to adjust so unless you’re fluent in Spanish it’s a waste of time. The linen and beds were spotless and had firm comfortable mattresses.It’s been a pleasant stay but don’t expect too much from this basic 3* hotel

    The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. They provided a map and gave us tips on the best place for free tapas. We were able to walk everywhere. It was a great choice for our Granada visit.
