  Convenient location, room looked but actually it was falling apart. Toilet ran all night, shower door was tweaked. Tiles not clean, odd smell in hotel. Staff nice.   Wonderful Hotel - One of my Favorites

  We absolutely loved this hotel! It is located in the heart of the pedestrian shopping area, which makes it super convenient for dining and drinks. The view from the hotel’s rooftop is also stunning. It has a 360 degree view of Granada, and the views of the Alhambra, cathedral, mountains surrounding the city, and the city spread out in every direction were absolutely gorgeous at sunset. We didn’t have time to enjoy the rooftop pool, but we did partake in the honor bar. We splurged on a Double Room with Terrace, and I am so glad we did! Our room was located on the top floor, one floor below the rooftop terrace and pool. I think the breakfast room is under construction, but eventually it seems it will be located up there, at which time this room might not be as great of a location anymore as it might be a bit loud. However, during our stay it was fantastic as it felt very private. There are only 2 other rooms on the floor, so there was virtually no other foot traffic or sounds. Our room had a huge private terrace, which was amazing! We had two chairs and two loungers, and a beautiful view of the city. We loved grabbing a drink from the honor bar and enjoying it on our own patio to close out the night. Another handy thing about the terrace is that it is great if you are mid-trip and need to do laundry! Because it is walled-in and private we were able to hang all our clothes up without fear of anything blowing away (and without embarrassment). I did note on the hotel’s website that it seems this category of room is a little smaller than the others though – I guess you gain some outdoor space and lose some indoor space. Our room definitely was quite small, but we made it work. The built-ins were helpful, as we were able to move some things inside there to get them out of the way. I loved how bright the room was, and the size of the bathroom (and how well lit it was). I also appreciated the presence of AC, a room safe, a coffee machine, and mini-fridge. However, the mini-fridge was stocked with food and drinks for purchase, so I was a little nervous to put our own items in there for fear of moving something and accidentally getting charged (in the end, this was not an issue). In terms of parking, there is a parking garage about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. As long as you are not there during an event that shuts down the city streets (and thus access to the parking garage) like we were (the Vuelta), this is a super convenient place to park.   Small and perfectly formed!

  What a great find right in the heart of Granada. A small boutique hotel down a side street with shops and restaurants all around. Our taxi was able to drop us and lift us very close to the property. Check in late at night with Rafael was very smooth and easy. Rooms were very comfortable with an excellent shower and very roomy. As with all areas of the hotel they were spotlessly clean if a little dark on corridors. Great range of breakfast foods to suit all tastes and young waiting staff very attentive and hard working. Beautiful rooftop area with small pool affording spectacular views all over the city. There was also an honesty bar up there which was great. Staff were truly excellent but to be honest one member stood out for us and that was Mar. What an exceptional receptionist who always greeted us with a smile and a wee chat to check how we were getting on and ask how the previous day had gone. We had difficulty booking a guided cycle tour and Mar helped us to make the booking and checked everything over for us. Every hotel needs a Mar behind the reception desk. All in all a great small city hotel, we stayed 5 nights while attending a family wedding and were able to walk to church and reception from the hotel. Thoroughly recommend.   The hotel is totally not like the Fotos: tha path between the room derty and smell awful: we booked a suite with a Terrasse but it just inside and smell very bad :all the green plants are Plastik with bad smell , the pool is very small not like the photos and the personal is totally not professional. The mobile are old . It doesn't worth the price at all . It's a lie.
