This hotel lies beside the Palacio de Congresos and is only 5 min on foot from the city centre of Granada and its countless shops, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.     The reception staff are wonderful and also the people who work to clean and tidy up the rooms are fantastic. The Hotel is phenomenal and very well located.

    Beautiful Hotel, great staff, comfortable bed. The hotel staff is very helpful with providing a map and directions. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the cafe staff and outdoors area is great to sit and relax. The only disappointment was the pool area was under construction.

    Well to start with the elephant in the room, we were shocked to be told that the pool is closed for the summer for repairs. This was not mentioned anywhere, it figures clearly on the website. We had to move to another hotel, it is unacceptable to book a 4* hotel in the summer in south of Spain and not have a working pool. It should be sated fronnt and center on any booking site or hotel website. It is a pity, because otherwise the hotel is nice, although located 20 minutes walk from city center.     Terrible service and needs refurbishing

    The hotel needs to be refurbished - the bathrooms, doors, etc are shabby and torn down. There are no bathrobes available or other regular details… Also, and most importantly, the service is generally terrible. There is no complementary water. When I kindly asked for it, the lady from reception (with unbrushed hair and completely ungroomed by the way) responded very rudely to me saying that giving water to guests was not a common practice. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, they were unable to provide one because they only have an industrial iron. I had to give my clothes for ironing to them. An ironed dress = 10 euros. The breakfast had warm yogurts and room temperature skim milk. Upon asking for cold yogurts, they did not have any left. As for whole cold milk, they did not have any available either when I asked.     This hotel has great possibilities but fails to grasp them. The location is good for Granada - about 20 mins to town centre by foot. The place is clean and cool, which is nice. Lacking comfortable spaces. The breakfast could be better. Choice is there but quality missing and attention. The coffee is to be avoided. Better cafes nearby on walk to town - cheaper for breakfast as well. The room we had was spacious with lovely towels and comfortable bed. Just tired other furnishings and bathroom. The downstairs bar run by two grumpy guys. Plenty of good friendly bars nearby.
