    We spent 4 days at Hotel Saray and it was confortable, a little tired but the breakfast chioce and quality was poor. The main reason we booked this hotel form the markeing images was the pool only to find it is only open in July and August so we were very dissapointed and cannot see why you would have a pool which is only open 8 weeks a year.As said it could be a wonderful hotel with works and is in a very good location just outside the city centre and mains sights which are all within walking distance.

    Although the hotel has much potential the staff lacked the attention to detail and customer focus one would expect from a 4 Star Hotel. Reception although friendly were not very forthcoming when seeking information on Granada. The service from the staff came across more as a favour than a service, thus my 3 star review. The rooms although small were clean and nicely decorated. It has a coffee machine only and a mini bar, which is great if you liked coffee, why not have a kettle instead.Nicely located near the city centre. The pool area would be an added bonus when it opens.

    The reception staff are wonderful and also the people who work to clean and tidy up the rooms are fantastic. The Hotel is phenomenal and very well located.

    Beautiful Hotel, great staff, comfortable bed. The hotel staff is very helpful with providing a map and directions. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the cafe staff and outdoors area is great to sit and relax. The only disappointment was the pool area was under construction.

    Well to start with the elephant in the room, we were shocked to be told that the pool is closed for the summer for repairs. This was not mentioned anywhere, it figures clearly on the website. We had to move to another hotel, it is unacceptable to book a 4* hotel in the summer in south of Spain and not have a working pool. It should be sated fronnt and center on any booking site or hotel website. It is a pity, because otherwise the hotel is nice, although located 20 minutes walk from city center.
