  Yes, Sercotel Granada Suites is very comfortable, and was clean when I got here, but they wanted to charge me 30 euros to make up my room! They wouldn't even take out the trash for me. They told me I had to bring it to the front door of the hotel at 8PM tonight! Well, I'm not doing that in my pajamas! I am very disappointed because the cost of staying here is rather expensive, and it was billed as a 4-star hotel. I have never heard of a hotel not offering housekeeping! Sorry, but this doesn't seem right to me... Next time, I will do more research online before I book a place like this.

  Great location about 1 mile walk from the train station and in the centre of the city . Staff very helpful. Room just like the pictures, very well designed.the only problem we encounter was the shower flooded the bathroom. will hopefully be returning in the autumn and will stay here again.

  A few things missing for it to be a 4 star hotel

  A pleasant stay. Great location, clean and good sized and nicely decorated rooms but unfortunately it was missing some important things that would make it truly a 4 star experience.I was in room 403 and I could hear everything my neighbours were saying and doing. On top of which, the street noise was crazy too. It’s not on a super busy road but at night you could loudly hear everything from delivery and rubbish trucks to motorcycles loudly revving their engines. I totally understand though this would vary for people depending on how much of a light/heavy sleeper they are. I bet it’s much quieter on the other side of the building. I was glad I had brought earplugs.A few other things I would recommend to Sercotel Granada Suites - a kettle and tea options in the room. Not everyone drinks coffee, to be a 4 star hotel surely there should be some tea options as well?Speaking of which, there was no water. This blew my mind. How can a hotel not offer something as basic as water?? There was no complimentary water in the room so I was hoping there would at least be a bar or a vending machine in the hotel. I asked, and I was told there was a supermarket I could go to a few mins walk away. I mean, it was a very good supermarket - a Carrefour - but how can you call yourself a 4 star hotel when you don’t even have something as simple/basic as water for your guests on-site? This truly surprised me! Last but not least, just fyi, the curtains in room 403 don’t fully close. There’s a gap of light that still comes through, not the best for a good sleep. On the bright side, other than those things, like I say, the location was GREAT. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The room size is great, the bed was comfy and the bathroom has good amenities. Some of the staff were super friendly and helpful.I would definitely stay here again on the quieter side of the building but I would hope they’d at least provide complimentary little bottles of water in the rooms.

  Big suite, well equipped and excellent condition. Staff very helpful. Location was perfect for a city break in a great city. 5mins to great squares and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Family of four comfortable in the suite and we had a great stay.

  The apartment was superb and in a very handy location for the main attractions in Granada.Views from the terrace over Granada and the Sierra Nevada were stunning.Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.I wouldn't hesitate to book again
