  While the location was excellent—just a minute’s walk to a bus stop with direct routes to the Alhambra and easy access to most attractions—our stay was overshadowed by numerous issues. The customer service was disappointing; our request for a kettle went unanswered. The kitchen and washing machine were unusable, as access was restricted, and the apartment lacked heating, leaving it uncomfortably cold with only air conditioning. There was no room cleaning service, and the staff knocked early at 10:45 am, even though checkout wasn’t until 11 am. Luggage storage was also inconvenient, with bags only allowed at a nearby sister property until 4:30 pm.Overall, for a similar price, Hotel Mercader de Sedas seems like a better option, offering cleaner facilities, an elevator, and improved amenities.

  Ideal location for city stay.

  The stay was excellent, apartment was very clean and in a perfect location for exploring the city and the Alhambra. Just a few small technical issues that were very quickly resolved a) the entry system is code operated and we couldn't get in on arrival. The map on the door showing the location of reception is not very clear but we were able to contact them using the emergency telephone number. Also b) the safe stopped working half way through the week locking all of our money and passports inside. This was quickly resolved by reception. I would stay here again. Good base if you are vegan as there are 3 very good all vegan restaurants close by.

  A quiet location on the narrow Calle Jarreria. An easy walk to the Cathedral area.

  Buses run on a regular timetable from the streets above and below the Calle in the direction of the Cathedral and the Alhambra.The apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 adults, modern style. A code access to enter the building.The lower freezer section of the refrigerator was clogged with ice on arrival, possibly at some time the freezer door had been left ajar. We removed the trays and thawed/de-iced them; all OK again.The apartment located in a typically residential area. safe at night although the proliferation of unsightly, non artistic graffiti could give a negative impression. Non artistic graffiti appears to be a feature of Granada in general, this popular city not as clean as others we explored over 5 weeks.   We did not get of to a great start - the map showing where the office was was not very clear. In fact it was just round the corner from the actual appartments.Lady on reception was helpful as I needed help as I had lost my purse. However the safe did not work and took until our last day to fix. There is not a 24h reception - just limited hours but we had a text number and there were helpful through that.Appartment was average. Very plain and basically clean but lots of marks on walls and furnishings.Location was fine - bus at top of road, tourist bus and a 5-10 minute slow wander into town - with interesting places and shops on the way.Overall we felt average and if coming back to Granada would probabally try somewhere else.

  I stayed in one of their apartments for 3 nights. The apartment is very lovely, well arranged and very comfortable.I loved everything about it - starting with a very quick check in, you get a code that opens the building's entrance door and the apartment door - so much more convenient than carrying keys!The kitchen is very comfortable and includes a washing machine which is great if you're traveling for a long time, and the beds are amazing - the matress and pillows were just wonderful.It's also at the perfect location - it's a quiet street, minutes away from tons of great bars and restaurants, and you can take bus no. 30 or 32 right next to the apartment to get to Alhambra.I really enjoyed my stay there.
