  Very well located, very accessible, with plenty of parking space. However, if you don't park in front of the entrance, you'll have to park at the back of the hotel and walk outside to the entrance. There is no other closer access.The room is minimally comfortable, clean, they clean it every day. The view of part of the city and mountains is nice.We only slept there. The services were minimal, so, based on our overnight experience, we can recommend this pleasant hotel.

  Appalling hotel. Too few staff so must go out of front door and walk downhill to finda a motor motel type tiny pool with 7 sun beds. Aircon does not work. Rooms made up at 3pm! No banister on steps to restaurant. Aircon not working in part of restaurant. Food 5/10 and staff clearing tables and half glasses of wine and water as they cleared dessert plates...message.."go away"! No information in room about the hotel, restaurant times etc , €10 deposit for a pool towel from reception ( go to pool no towels;). DEFINITELY TWO star!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  A very lackluster experience. The bedroom was a reasonable size and tidy/ clean enough, however the door on the wardrobe didn't slide open as it was off its runner. The pictures of the bathrooms don't match what you get. Very cramped, and there is no way of showering without flooding the bathroom.Restaurant wasn't open for the entirety of the stay, with the exception of breakfast. Bar also was only open when staff could be bothered.Staff were visibly inconvenienced by any requests for assistance.Acceptable for a 1 night stay/ stopover, but I wouldn't want to do more than that.

  Stayed for 3 nights. Food was atrocious, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful except for one guy. We stayed as a large group and were all treated terrible.We complained multiple times to no avail!Avoid, avoid, avoid.No communication with management despite requests.

  The hotel is very nice but the service is shockingly poor. No accountability for anything and food is well below par. The staff did not seem to want to help with any queries and really did not care. I would not recommend this place. If you stay I would advise eating and drinking elsewhere.
