  Just okay. Not for everyone. I did okay its not that bad. Restraunt Terrace below window so if you are a light sleeper you need to avoid. Check in is up the street at Arizul Congress. They will WhatsApp you a front door and room door pass code. Location is in Gros neighborhood good for a younger vibe with a nice beach and plenty of local Pinxos locations. I walked from the Esko Train station with my smallish wheeled suitcase...if you are a couple get a taxi. Clean. Good bathroom no issues. Its not for everyone but I did ok.

  I stayed four nights at the hotel as I was running Behobia-San Sebastián. I have stayed at the hotel several times before but the last time was some years ago. The rooms and the rest of the hotel have been renovated since than. The room was rather small with a bed, a chair and a very small desk. The room had a safe and a free mini bar with some water and soft drinks. The lighting was ok and it was possible to read in the bed. The light in the bathroom was ok but it was rather dark for shaving or make up. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The showers and the toilets from the nearby rooms were rather noisy. There was also some renovation going on in the building that started early in the morning. The price for the room differed a lot; the price for the night before the race costed 332.50 € and the cheapest night costed 61.75 €. There was a simple breakfast consisting of small croissants, orange juice and coffee.

  Stayed here after checking out of another hotel booked in the old town turned out to be a disaster!Hotel is convenient for walking to the old town, maybe 5 mins walk, but you have the pleasure of watching the surfers each day- which you probably wouldn’t see if you stayed in the old town- room was comfortable and bright- recently refurbished, not large, but fine for us and comfy bed- free soft drinks in mini bar plus water and light breakfast (also free) was very nice touch! Staff at Arrizul beach were helpful and knowledgeable- we enjoyed a recommended walk over the mountain to a fishing village which we would never otherwise have found- no English speaking TV was a little disappointing- but hey ho😀good reasonably priced restaurants locally- Pub downstairs is fine for a night cap or pre drink and snackCan be a little noisy at night as there seems to be a fair few clubbers passing around 4am on most nights- but good double glazing and keeping the windows closed kept it down to a minimum- would recommend

  My friend and I stayed here for two nights. The staff could not be more kind and helpful. Hotel is brand new and very clean and quiet and small. It is located right between the old and new towns so can walk everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel.   Fabulous location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great for the beach/old town visit, easy walk to the surfing beach. Great Pintxos the same street. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would book it again.
