  Great service from checking in to leaving.The hotel is very close to the train station and has a few bars and a supermarket 1 min walk away.We arrived early from Biarritz but they had a room ready for us great hospitality water and even got offered to have a beer brought to reception.The room was very spacious with a small balcony.There is a rooftop pool and indoor jacuzzi,steam room and sauna.10 to 15 min walk to the old town but plenty pit stops along the way.Definitely would stay here again

  The location was very good, the room was clean, and the king-size bed was comfortable and well-suited for two adults, as it should be. Overall, it was a better option than Axel Hotel in Madrid.The sauna and jacuzzi facilities were acceptable, though nothing exceptional.The cleaning could benefit from more attention to detail. When two people are staying in the room, there should consistently be two towels provided, not just one. The same applies to items like drinking glasses and other basic amenities.The parking situation is also problematic. The spaces are very tight, making it easy to scratch your car and difficult to get in and out. Additionally, the layout and numbering of the parking spots are confusing and do not seem to make much sense (see attached photos).   Lovely Hotel with pool, spa and gym, 10 mins stroll from beach n old town

  Lovely clean big room. Bathroom looked new. Housekeeping everyday was good. We stayed 3 nights n there was enough hanging space as well as two deep drawers for storage. Lots of shelf space in the bathroom too. Didn’t have breakfast as plenty of cafes nearby. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. The roof top pool and sunbathe area was great as well had very good weather for early March. Staff on reception were experienced and welcoming.
