  I stayed in Ibiltze because it is quite close to Donostia 15 minutes by train and 16-20 by bus!!Very clean rooms but unwilling reception staff (never helped me with my luggages)There is parking but try instead of paying 9 euros per day, to find a nearby space

  I can not say that it's too bad, everything is arranged, but everything is kept in the balance. If you cleaned the rooms on time, I would put at least another estimate, and so I put it as it really is. Next time when we come with friends we ask to do everything at the highest level!

  A Little Far from City-Center..but OK

  I had one night in this hotel when I visited San Sebastian. I took one room with two beds. The room was clean as well as bath room...The receptionist was helpful too. The hotel location is little far from city center but the transportation is easy! The public bus T3 and T5 are available to reach the hotel from city center and vice versa...one more, breakfast was included in the price.

  The hotel is about 6.5 from San Sebastian But we knew and had a car.Clean room....friendly staff......butWiFi doesn't work Keys to rooms are old style and very hard to open doorsNo air on and the fan make alot of noise so pointlessBreakfast was almost nothing Alot things they can improve if they wantedBut doesn't seem like it will happenWould not come back at any price point CalidadSanSebastian, Propietario at Ibiltze Hotel Lasarte, responded to this review Dear Sirs,We are very surprised to hear that wifi didn´t work because we work everyday with ít and had no problems. Concerning breakfast, we offer always croissants, different breads and toasts with butter, jam, honey and spanish oil, orange juices, different teas and expresso coffees. We are sorry to hear from you that it was not enough.Thanks, anyway, for your opinion. We hope you enjoyed stay in San Sebastian.

  1 Star applies to the cleaning ?

  Positives First - Good location, room layout OK for star rating , motorway rooms have good triple glazed windows. However first impressions count and matter in this case. Black mould growing in bathroom, dusting limited to eye level only, carpets in bad need of replacing. All this reported to reception and I was offered a change of room however as I had just unpacked and sent 30 hrs flying , the last thing I wanted to do was move room and it would not have mattered as all the rooms I saw on leaving were in similar conduction. Manager in the morning could only say this hotel was for me - very true! Well she was right and missed out on a long 3-mth booking. Fair to say I moved to the only other hotel in this village and what a difference in attitude and at a better price than 72 Euros this hotel charged. My recommendation is time to spend money in the rooms and educate your cleaners.
