  We went there in June 2025 actually. It was perfect. Amazing views of the bay, as we got a room with a view. The room was ok in size. The bed was comfortable.Close to the beach and in walking distance to all the areas to see and restaurants.We'd stay there again.   Traveled with a family of four (with two teenagers) The hotel is in a good location - a five minute walk to the beach. There is limited on site parking for a fee. The hotel is nicely decorated, as are the rooms, but in need of some TLC. Our room had a bathtub which is a plus, but it needed to be cleaned before used. We stayed here the first week of December when the temperature was in the 60s (Fahrenheit). According to the hotel, they do not offer air conditioning starting in October. Our room was very hot, the only thing that made it bearable, was opening the window, which brought in street noise.   Sadly disappointed with our 2 night stay. We have stayed in numerous Meliá/ Meliá affiliated hotels and have found the standards to be high, a good 4 star rating.This hotel falls far short of that.The staff are the good point, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good.Lifts are tiny.Bedroom was clean but fittings, furniture, towels and linen are all dated, worn and cheap. Furniture was old and chipped, towels worn through.There is no bar, no tea making facilities in room and no where in reception to get hot drinks. Staying in San Sebastián for a week but luckily had only booked this hotel for 2 nights. Others in the vicinity are far nicer.Don’t be duped by the Meliá affiliation.   We had a Junior Suite and the room was quite dated. The Hotel has no kerb appeal. Bathroom/windows in room had black mould. Room got chilly and radiator didn't work. Balcony plastic chairs, one snapped when sat on ! I was disappointed considering the cost BUT staff were excellent and view from room was of beach and town which was fabulous.   Great hotel in an excellent location with wonderful reception staf

  The reception staff were really helpful and our room had a lovely view over the main beach of San Sebastián.3 or 4 minutes walk to the old town.This hotel saved the day for us and we had a wonderful stay.
