    Definitely Stay Here if visiting Greeley

    Appears brand new. Immaculate and very comfortable. Nice location next to shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and polite. Nice addition of draft beer wall, although sadly I didn’t get a chance to use it. Would stay here again.

    Our daughter and family had to evacuate their place because of the Alexander Mountain Fire and needed a place to stay indefinitely. We were trying to help them find a place because places near their home were booking up fast. We called the front desk and Daniel answered the phone. He mentioned just having a conversation with the manager about fire evacuees possibly needing rooms. Daniel was very understanding, helpful, and accommodating. He truly cares. A true gem in the hospitality business. We called back a couple times to keep extending their stay. Everyone that answered the phone was helpful and took the time to fully explain things and explore options. Our daughter and family so appreciated the staff. Having a kitchen allowed them to save money by eating in which helped since they were not able to work as much because of the fire. Thank you!     Very nice extended weekend stay at this property. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Hotel was immaculately clean and always smelled so good. Incredibly good, not sure how they keep it so fresh smelling. The only reason this review is only four stars is because of how incredibly bad the pillows were. So bad, too mushy and soft. This affected our sleep. Hopefully next time we stay, they will have improved.

    A Hotel That Goes Above and Beyond

    This is the best Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at in a non resort setting. We’ve been staying here for five years when visiting family. Employees are all friendly. Someone is constantly cleaning common areas. Pool is very well maintained. Room amenities are better than most. Location is convenient for dining and shopping. Manager should be proud of this one.     Tanner at the front desk is simply amazing! She helped me navigate a complicated booking reservation. She was patient, knowledgeable and kind. She made a stressful situation better and I appreciate her greatly! Amazing humans do exist. Give this woman a raise!
