  Feels unsafe, the pics mis-sell!

  The location is right next to the bus station, so handy for travellers like us who wanted to travel between cities. We arrived and found the bus station full of men just hanging around. This continued outside our hotel with the benches next to the hotel being occupied by men. During the night this made an awful noise. The hotel moved them on after 2 hours of shouting!!! Next morning, more on the benches. We were glad to leave. The hotel room did not look like the pictures, neither did the breakfast. The window could not be opened and you wouldn’t want to as someone could climb from street level! Room is VERY basic. Breakfast is basic and the dishes aren’t cleared away as people leave so if you go down for breakfast late, lots of diners breakfast plates are left lying. Value, it’s a no from us, we paid a lot for what we got. Find somewhere else across the bridge which may be safer.

  Really enjoyed our stay here and I'm surprised at the bad reviews, although there aren't many recent ones. Cool old factory, gigantic room with really high ceilings, good TV and outlets, huge bathroom with very nice towels and a nice roomy shower (something we didn't see much of on this 5 city trip). Nice people worked the front desk and helped us take care of a parking ticket. Too bad the price to park once we moved to their facility was very high (first trip renting a car in Europe for a while and just don't enjoy it for various reasons). It's about a 10-15 min walk to the main drag which for us is nothing. We did have some mosquitos but they sprayed while we were out and it seemed to help. We paid about $92/nite thru the hotel group and I thought that was very fair.

  Great location. Spacious room, but I would have preferred q larger window . It is a refurbished building so not all specifications are perfect for a hotel. The breakfast room is in the basement, a very large but windowless room. Breakfast choice is limited but the coffee is made on demand.

  We booked this at short notice as we didn't intend on coming to San Sebastian. The hotel is lovely and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. They were very clean. The hotel is located adjacent to the main bus station and also railway. It also has shopping close and also convenience stores and also a short walk to restaurants. We really loved our stay and Gabriel who checked us in was really helpful. Stay here if you are in San Sebastian.   Industrial look was not a plus

  If you like industrial modern, you'll like this weird light fixtures, lots of useless copper pipes as decoration. However less nice was getting two mosquito bites within the first 15 minutes. The sink has a very high faucet and is activated by your hand waving in front, so you can't get hot water without holding a hand in front of it for a long time. The bathroom door was sliding glass which meant that if someone got up in the night the entire room was lit up and you heard every single noise they made amplified because there are no soft surfaces in room and very high ceilings. The room had tea bags but no coffee. Location right next to the bus station was convenient for us. It's a pretty 15 minute walk to the old town. No issues with the breakfast.
