    Staff was extremely helpful. No problem with anything. Beautiful hotel and a spectacular location. Whenever we needed anything, the owner didn't hesitate and helped us. English speaking families don't have to be scared - communication was on a great level.     Wonderful weekend stay

    Marcos is absolutely wonderful, he was incredibly accommodating. I went for a long birthday weekend with my girlfriend and her mother, and it was the perfect place. My girlfriend and I are cyclists, and loved the surrounding scenery and some epic climbs, and only got caught by one freezing rain shower, but luckily we made it back to the hotel in time not to freeze. The hotel is situated in a beautiful little mountain town, perfect for a relaxed day or some hiking, but is also a close drive to beasain for a coffee, or San Sebastián for tapeo, or Zarautz for a bit of surfing. 10/10 experience, highly recommended!     Not a real surprise because all the opinions define very well what we found: comfortable rooms and bathroom, excellent homemade breakfast and warm welcoming hosts. Easy parking nearby. Ormaiztegui is less than 30 minutes from San Sebastián and 45 minutes from Vitoria. The Goierri region is ideal for walking trails.     Lovely hotel, big, clean room, beatifuly decorated, warm welcome and helpful advice on surrounding area and where best to go for dinner etc, highly recommendable, we only stayed for one night whilst passing through but would definately consider a longer stay in the future.     Nice little hotel in charming town

    Nice little place in a charming town. I was on route but the area seems worth exploring and enjoying on holidays.Super nice staff, everything clean and the best cheesecake in town. Very family friendly, I'll be back to explore everything the area has to offer.
