  Lovely hotel in a great location

  A lovely boutique hotel next to the sea in the old town. The rooms are clean and modern, good breakfast, helpful staff. The only downside is the noise over the weekend.

  We had a good stay at this hotel in an upgraded room overlooking the bay. Thanks for the upgrade! The staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was charged at €18 per person basic so we had a cooked breakfast at ESCafe for a total of €17 for two which was excellent. We had reserved parking for our car which was charged at €30 per night. The hotel wasn't cheap in the first place but no complaints. Would we stay again? Probably.   A great Hotel in the Old Town

  A lovely, small hotel positioned perfectly in the Old Town where all the fabulous Pintxos bars, restaurants & small shops are. Also the start of the walk around the beautiful bay & beach.   Great location, friendly staff but noise from the local bars can make it difficult to sleep

  The location of this hotel is fantastic and really close to the old town. Unfortunately that also has its drawbacks as the first night we were there, we had a bad night with noise outside until 5am. I did wonder why the hotel provided earplugs on our bed when we arrived and I soon found out! The bed was also quite hard and with the noise it was difficult to sleep. The second night was a Sunday and super quiet so if you are there on a Saturday be prepared for noise if you are at the front of the hotel.Despite this, we enjoyed our visit. The staff were very helpful and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The wine was delicious. Breakfast was basic but there were options and my omelette was hot and freshly cooked.   EXCEPTONALLY WELL RUN HOTEL IN PERFECT LOCATION

  Of all of my travels, this hotel is my personal favorite. I have stayed there several times. The rooms are perfectly clean, the breakfast is alacarte and delicious. The location is PERFECTION-- in Parte Vieja but on the water side, and the staff is amazing. Staff are responsive to email and whatsapp, they have been very helpful in assisting with restaurant reservations or arranging transportation. They are sincerely proud of the Sansebay Hotel and it shows!
