  We have stayed multiple times at this location. Last 2 times have been terrible. Hotel has become "animal house". Previous stay included kids pulling fire alarm near the pool followed by craziness up and down halls. This stay in early April was adults and kids having a party at one end of the hall until well past 2AM. Front desk tried to stop it, but really didn't. If you want rest while enjoying the area, this is not the hotel.   Just Okay . . .

  Had an okay stay at the Hilton. The toilet did not flush properly, the bathroom was tiny (I mean so tiny that the towels were in the shower and there was no other place to put them in the room!), and the room was clearly dated. But for a one night stay it was okay. The highlight was the omelette bar for breakfast and I was extremely grateful that they opened breakfast at 6 am since I had to leave early.   I cannot thank the entire hotel staff enough for making my guests for my son's wedding absolutely perfect. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure all of our wedding guests were taken care of. We had a huge wedding at a nearby venue and I was panic stricken for months to make sure everything went well. We had more than half the hotel booked. From the moment my guests checked in they were taken care of. Gift bags, rooms ready early, bar open late, breakfast for everyone, every aspect of their stay was taken care of to perfection. Not one issue and we stayed late into the morning hours with friends and family and they made sure we were all attended to. I am sure it wasn't easy as they accommodated over 150 people alone in that hotel. In wasn't overly fancy but we had room for the night before where we ate and drank and they didn't force us to leave. The bartenders didn't stop serving, the food was overflowing and that was just a rehearsal dinner with about 70 people who came early for an extra night. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me peace of mind. All of your staff were incredible and the rooms were exactly as we booked them. No bumps in the road, connecting where we needed them to be and close together for immediate family. Rare but welcome caring people, clean rooms and great amenities.   Very heartless staff

  Was there for my niece's wedding my room was paid for, They wanted a card to put on hold for damages I made a mistake and left my credit card home but I had it on my phone in my wallet. Which he could see it was my card, but he would not rent me the room even though the room was already paid for... He knew what I was there for because it was in the notes, I had my dress in my hand, and the lady from reservations spoke with him but he wouldn't budge even after he was told to charge the room double but I would only stay one night (HOW HEARTLESS). I had to get dressed in the car in the parking lot..   Second to none staff!

  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were there for a family wedding. My husband and I had a king suite which was perfect for a gathering area with separate sleeping area. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day and cleaned it nicely. Outside of the cleanliness of the rooms, I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. Saffa and Donald at the front desk were extremely pleasant and accommodated our entire group and everyone’s requests. The wait staff and bar staff were also excellent and were so nice to let everyone gather late into the evening in the expansive lobby area. I would highly recommend the hotel for large groups.
