Location

This elegant hotel is located directly by the motorway 1, and Hondarribia as well as Hendaye beaches are each around 5 minutes away. San Sebastián with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is easily reached in around 10 minutes, and the airport is only around 3 minutes away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 12 suites, 23 single rooms and 80 double rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     A nice place to stay with a good cafe

    We stayed here for the first night of our Camino Del Norte. It was located a little out of town in a green, leafy area. (We took a taxi to the start of the Camino in the morning). The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well appointed. There is a cafe downstairs with good food, which we appreciated as there was nothing much around the hotel, however, it wasn't open early for breakfast. The service was friendly. I would stay here again.     Exceptional value for money

    Having come to this hotel on several occasions, I have to say that it has a lot to offer. It represents exceptional value for money based on the low price whilst providing large, well-kept bedrooms and great bathrooms with modern walk-in showers.The restaurant is very good also. The staff are always warm and friendly and do their very best to make my stay an enjoyable one.This is my go-to hotel when travelling between Spain and France due to above and its perfect location close to the motorway.     A mixed bag...

    The Pro's - the hotel looks lovely from the outside and is very convenient location-wise. The beds were comfortable and my room was very spacious. The hotel was also a great price for the night and the attached bar and restaurant clearly very popular with the locals. The Cons - Definitely bring some ear plugs as the walls are paper thin and there's lots of door slamming, loud TV's and other noise to contend with. Also, whilst the gentleman checking me in was helpful and friendly, his female counterpart when I wanted to check-out the following morning was very much the opposite, but maybe she was have a bad day, or maybe doesn't care too much about repeat business.     Driving from southern Spain home, stopped here. Room large and clean. Restaurant food very acceptable and overall the best value place we have stayed at for a number of years. Would I stay here again? Yes. Petrol station next door with a care four and easy access to the motorway. Prices for the room goood too.     Second time staying here , great for a stopover , rooms to cater for all , single , family , dogs . Plenty of parking . Good quality restaurant . Nice bar tea on the terrace . . Easy hotel to find . Good service throughout , no complaints whatsoever .
