  I wrote a lengthy remark yesterday, Monday. I'm David Wade, Rm. 325. I included the Manager, Omar, a front desk rep., named: Shante and a hotel van driver named: Rich. Overall everything was - phenomenal, fantastic & great.

  The worst hotel ever

  On the night of February 22th, 2026 between 9-10 pm. I help a homeless lady get a room. She arrived and was treated like trash. The front desk employee told her to leave and go back to her country! Is this how you treat people at your hotel?! I called to talk to her and she was rude with me and said that she was going to cancel the reservation because she was mad that I booked 3rd party. She called the police on the homeless lady and they took her to a shelter. I will never book at this hotel ever again!!

  The front desk staff is completely incompetent, cannot do the simplest of tasks. Tells you the manager is not there when he is on the property. Then he gives an excuse of how the front desk staff didn't know he was there. That's insane. They cannot complete the simplest of tasks by emailing. Proper receipts from the guests that stayed on our credit card. We had over 15 rooms. I've asked numerous times for this information. Was promised it over and over and over and have not yet received it. I am not sure how hard it is. To email. A receipt for a group of people that checked into the hotel. To the people that were paying the bill. Hey, Cortana.

  Humph.. I must say this is a very interesting setup. Overall, this is a very nice and clean hotel. However comma the thing that had me baffled was the fact that there are no windows in the room. The one window that's in the room faces a hallway.We was in the basement, so it was definitely very odd. I've never experienced a room that has no windows and you can't see the outside. That is the only bad thing that I have to say about the hotel is that there is no windows unless when you go up to a different floor there, you have windows.But the room we stayed in did not.
