EXPERIENCE 3 NIGHTS
28 Mar 2026
It is global assistance that granted us this hotel, following a breakdown of our vehicle. We had to stay there 3 nights. The welcome is nice, the restaurant cuisine very good and family, the rooms are basic and clean. C M, Otros at Hotel Casanova Gargallo, responded to this review Nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires positifs concernant votre séjour. Nous sommes ravis que notre accueil et la cuisine de notre restaurant aient répondu à vos attentes. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour.Cordialement, Anna R. Services Clients Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr. View originals.

How to get home
31 Jul 2025
Years ago I came with my father for work. We always conquered its cuisine: simple, homemade and spectacular. I'm back today, and it's exactly the same. My memories have been mixed with the usual flavors. Atentamente,Anna R. Customer Services Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

With no parking, suffocating heat dragging suitcases, the hotel was not what they advertise, we left. They promised to pay for breakfast and even that.Better to stop by and find another hotel,We will not come back anymore, we will stop by or find another hotel in the area Carmen M Customer Service, Otros at Hotel Casanova Gargallo, responded to this review Estimado/a fede62,Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Entendemos que la falta de estacionamiento y la incomodidad del calor fueron inconvenientes, así como la situación con el desayuno. Embarrassing employees
22 Sept 2024
Shameful human and Pro treatment, no more. Lack of empathy in every way despite having suffered a less serious accident. In no case did I make any special request, no refund, just apologize on our part for the inconvenience caused, apologize nor received a response, about the accident, zero comments. Carmen M Customer Service, Other at Hotel Casanova Gargallo, responded to this review Estimado Santi V,Lamentamos sinceramente la experiencia que describes en nuestro hotel. Nuestro personal se caracteriza por la empatía y profesionalismo con el cliente, por lo que tu mención no refleja nuestros estándares de atención. Desconocemos los detalles que han provocado tu comentario y te pedimos disculpas por lo que le haya podido molestar. Atentamente, Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. Comfortable and clean
08 Jul 2024
This is a solid hotel. Good food, good service, clean bedrooms. Staff were also very friendly. We had a great 10 day stay here. It’s not a high-end hotel, but a good comfortable economic option to stay in Fraga. I enjoyed morning coffees down on the patio and watching the town wake up. Carmen M Customer Service, Otros at Hotel Casanova Gargallo, responded to this review Dear Steve H,Thank you for sharing your positive experience at our hotel. We are delighted to hear that you found our hotel comfortable, clean, and enjoyed the good food and service provided by our friendly staff. We are glad you had a great 10-day stay with us. Your feedback motivates us to continue providing a good and comfortable economic option for our guests in Fraga. We look forward to welcoming you back for more morning coffees on the patio. Anna R.
