  Not really June 2025, The dates we stayed were before 2025, but I wanted to tell everybody how great this place was. Not just because the apartment was amazing, but the owner, Pepita and her family, made it the most special place in the world. my partner and I started visiting Ibiza a very long time ago and the people that made this island magical, was Pepita Ferrer and her charming family. We visited and ended up living in Ibiza many different summers. Hotel Navila (when we could get an available reservation) it was fantastic and when (on rare Occassion) there was no room, Pepita always took care of us, finding an equally amazing place to stay. We always felt safe and she made us part of her family. The memories we made on the island, often times while slumbering and swimming at Navila, or sitting on the roof top, while drinking and eating, having the most intimate conversations, of course after the most amazing day spent at Sa Trencha (the playa) will never be forgotten and will always be among my fondest memories I have. The friends we met, the experiences we had, I know that nobody was as lucky as we were. I do not know who currently runs Navila, buty I would guarantee if it is part of Pepita's family, the place will continue to be magical and anybody who is fortunate enough to stay there, will never regret a minute. I am very sad to say, I lost my partner a few years ago, but the feelings and memories given to us at Navila has made it a tiny better, dealing with his death. I don't know if I ever really told the Ferrer family how much their kindness and hospitality meant to my partner of twenty five years and I so I now take this opportunity to say thank you! I hope to have another chance to come back and stay.

  FIND THIS HIDDEN GEM!

  To be somewhere that feels exclusive, and where you are left to to your own devices is a rare occurrence in this day and age -plus in today’s difficult times…. All you need to do is email or telephone the proprietors, tell them your dates, your requirements etc. and you will catered for.The actual building is hundreds of years old… it’s rustic, you look after yourselves …kitchens are hidden away if you need to do that thing…There are different options and prices that depend on size of accommodation and times of the year… some have their own private sun terraces, others, larger efforts for families or groups. The proprietors also own and run Hotel La Ventana a more traditional effort - you stay there, ask for a key to use Navila’s pool/terrace. The family Ferrer also have Restaurant ‘Can ‘den Parra’ ….and that has an incredible location and a kitchen to match! Go, spend the money and be FABULOUS - after all, that’s what Ibiza is all about!!NAVILA, I won’t stay anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We loved our time at Navila so much. It is a really magical oasis that feels very special. Lovely plants, rooms and beautiful views. The atmosphere was really amazing here and the staff so nice (especially the lovely lady who would bring us towels etc). We loved our room too.   HIDDEN RUSTIC PARADISE!

  If you want something special in Ibiza you cannot do better than this.Set in an historic 600 year old building, in the Dalt Vila (High Town) in the capital, the apartments differ in size and price accordingly and time of year. The beautiful roof terrace offers spectacular views over the harbour, has a nice pool and some apartments on this level have their own private areas. This secluded hideaway is just a leisurely stroll down to the busy port-side where you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and restaurants and bars. If you don’t fancy cooking in your apartment, the proprietors also operate the nearby restaurant Can Den Parra which I also recommend.Whatever, I have found ‘nirvana’ and enjoy many holidays here.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  So much potential. Could be amazing if only someone cared.

  I was looking for somewhere off the beaten track and special. This is it. Amazing location in the heart of Dalt Vila with unbelievable views of the Marina. The rooms are in an old castle with lots of outdoor spaces. Flowers everywhere and quirkyness galore. However this is where my enthusiam stops. Unfortunately my room was dirty with a strong smell of damp. When the owner opened my room the smell just hit me. I spent 3 days with the balcony door opened in order to air the room. This should have been done prior to my arrival. I had a self catering studio yet the kitchen was unusable. There were no lights in the kitchen and it just didn't feel clean enough that I would want to use any of the ustensils. Lights were also missing in the bathroom and the room was simply dirty with dust everywhere. Mildew on curtains. The linen and towels were very clean but that's just about it. Faded glory springs to mind. This place has the potential to be truly amazing if only someone would care to clean up properly. We are end of April, the holiday season has barely started. What did the owners do all winter ? Would have been a perfect time for a deep clean. There is a fine line between rustic and dirty. This is unforgivably dirty I am afraid.
