This apartment complex is located in the tourist resort of Playa d'en Bossa just 300 m from the nearest beach. Situated in the vicinity are shopping venues, bars and restaurants whilst it is just a few minutes walk to the resort centre. Links to the public transport network are a convenient 200 m walk from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 58 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance and room service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).

    Great location and amenities, but when things went sideways….

    We stayed as a family in August for 7 nights, and all was great from the start. This hotel is in a complex with 2 other hotels of the same chain. Staff were pleasant on check-in and in the interactions we had. We had a sea-front room on 5th floor, pretty quiet and spacious. No coffee maker, but maybe that is just something I’m used to in North American hotels. Breakfast was good, lots of choice for all of us. Easy walk to Playa Figuertas and restaurants, so a great central location.Pool areas were great. Had to pay for the Bali beds, which we didn’t do, but generally didn’t have a problem finding a lounger.Issues started on day 5…AC in the room broke down, and despite maintenance tinkering with it at 10pm, could not get it back working. My husband talked to the front desk and made arrangements to move rooms….to what I think was the “last resort” room, kept empty for emergencies like this. It was right by the walkway to the main part of the hotel, so everyone could see your business and you heard EVERYTHING, all hours of the day and night, from people talking, elevator running and heels clicking on the tile floor. The room was definitely lacking the amenities of our original room, beds were squeaky and thin, and we got no sleep that night. When we asked management the next day if there was anything else, all we were told was that our hotel was sold out, no offer of trying to accommodate at either of the other 2 hotels on the property. We didn’t sleep our last night either, just packed up and left in the middle of the night and went to the airport and dozed there. A disappointing end to a fabulous trip…but we had a fabulous trip!

    Avoid Apartmentos Vibra Jabeque Dreams – Horrendous Experience

    If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would.We booked two sea-view rooms for three nights for five adults (all ladies), paying £3,000, and neither room had a sea view. Our experience was horrendous from the start. The staff were the rudest I have ever encountered, especially the women. Everything was a hardship. We arrived late and were asked repeatedly for a “ticket,” even though we had our Jet2 confirmation. They made us feel like we were trying to scam them. We had to screenshot and email the confirmation for no apparent reason. What a terrible welcome.Rooms: One room faced an unsightly road (NO SEA VIEW), with a patio door that didn’t lock properly. The other (NO SEA VIEW) faced the side of the building right next to the walkway into the hotel, so every guest passing through and hotel staff with trolleys at 7am every morning were walking literally outside our room. Club-goers passed right outside our room, both externally to get in, then internally, to get to the lift. Sleep was impossible. Of course, Ibiza is noisy, but this was beyond normal. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable, and the headboards were just plastic stuck to the wall. When we complained, reception ignored us, tutted, and eventually told us to speak to the manager. The manager said they could only move one room, despite both rooms being paid as sea-view. Completely unacceptable. Any 5-star reviews of this hotel must be fake. I genuinely cannot understand how anyone could give this place 5 stars.Only positives - The room cleaner seemed to do a good job. The pool was okay (but nothing special) BUT the lifeguard facetimed people on his phone and talked on loud speaker all day! Conclusion: This hotel is overpriced, and staffed by rude employees. Stay well clear. I have stayed in far nicer hostels in Ibiza YES HOSTELS. Jet2 holidays should reconsider offering this property.

    For the price you pay, I expected a more luxurious look and feel. It’s quite ridiculous that you can only use a Bali bed by the pool if you spend a minimum of €40 per person.On the positive side, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hygiene is good and the apartment itself is decent, though it comes with two separate beds and only a sheet provided. The air conditioning works on just one setting, so you have to be careful at night as it can strangely get quite cold. The pillows are honestly very poor.Parking will also cost you €20 per day, which I find rather expensive. The location, however, is convenient: from here you can easily visit all parts of the island.All in all, I would rate this place a 6.5/10.
