This apartment complex is located approximately 300 m from the Xintxo Beach. Port d'Es Torrent is just 1200 m away and it is approximately 5 km to San Antonio. Many different bars, restaurants and shops are to be found in the immediate vicinity and links to the public bus service lie directly in front of the complex.

Facility

    At first glance, very nice hotel. This was until i had stayed for a few days. The cleaners blatantly did not clean. They made the beds and that was about it. The floors were left filthy and it was overall dirty. There was mould in our shower and we were often not provided with enough towels or bed sheets for the amount of people staying. There was a lack of option in the buffet. Despite that, the location is lovely.

    Just come back from nereida hotel, we stayed Fri to mon, the hotel room was clean and spacious, had a fridge and balcony facing pool and sea views, quiet location which was nice for us as we didn’t want the lively Ibiza experience, we stayed half board, I had hoped for lovely Spanish food so was disappointed when it was basic English food, all beige, Spanish frittata no colourful veggies in it just dry potatoe, greasy bacon and sausages, the watermelon was the best bit, evening meal again basic English food, again beige, chips, pizza, spring rolls, the lock on our door was broken,

    With this hotel you are getting what you pay for. It is located in a quiet part of the Bay which we liked and is close to a bus stop and water taxi.The food was fine, even with one vegetarian in the family we always found options. July was busy so you did have to get up for a sunbed but it wasn’t too early. They need more umbrellas, this was the main problem, there were about 5 around the whole pool area.We found the reception staff to be friendly and very helpful, I noticed they got some bad reviews on here but treat people how you want to be treated and you’ll be fine. The rooms were big, we had a sea view room which I’d highly recommend, well worth the money.Overall a good, clean, friendly hotel and I would go back again.

    Honestly, I have to say everything was great: the hotel, the people, the staff, the delicious food, the very friendly staff. I would definitely return. The location is excellent.

    Room very dated and dirty with mould in the shower was so much better when I spent a couple of hours cleaning it ! We didn’t complain as we arrived the day when we received phone alerts for storm Alice The kitchenette was not really a kitchen with a double hob out of the ark we had crockery and two saucepans and two frying pans no utensils No kettle provided but you can hire one (we took a travel kettle) very strange!!The fridge was broken and had no door inserts and the bottom inside seal was disgustingly but again we cleaned it ! The light outside our room wasn’t working the whole 8 days and we had several bulbs /lights not working in the room The door into the bedroom was hanging off it’s hinges so we woke each other in the night using the bathroom Bed ok but could have done with a blanket as only a sheet and a throw that was thinStrangely the safe deposit boxes are in the reception not big enough to hold a laptop which was probably our most valuable asset cost €5 per day so not cheap!!The pool was freezing and very deep and the drain smell around the pool was bad Staff were friendly The only day we sat around the pool a group of young lads were swearing and diving in the pool the lifeguard did nothing a chap who was at the pool asked them to stop swearing and they calmed down for a little while There were only a couple of nearby restaurants open and Indian and cafe pirana both were greatBreakfast was good although we only went twice (our choice) No parking for our hire car we had to park in a wasteland not close to the hotelThe beach are was pretty nasty with the walkway into the sea very unstable We had a lovely view but had to pay more for a sea view and the neighbours (not sure if a hotel) were loud most nights Overall we enjoyed our time but very quiet with the clubs shut even the supermarket across the road shut on the first day we were there are didn’t reopen again Would we stay here again? No sorry
