Location

This welcoming apartment complex lies just 800 m from the tourist resort of Santa Eulalia and its harbour. Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, is a wonderful Spanish town in the northeast of the island. This hotel is situated within a short distance of a selection of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Santa Eulalia's fine sandy beach is 1 km away.

Facility

The complex has 36 apartments, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a playroom, a smoke alarm, a smoking area and a roof terrace are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed.     We fly home tomorrow after a lovely week here having researched the area I knew this would be perfect for us it’s quiet however only 10mins walk to SE or 10mins bus to es Cana the other way (beautiful beach)also benefits from a beautiful coastal walk 8mins away. All the staff are friendly & apartments are clean. We stocked our fridge with beers. Although had a lovely meal here on the first night.I did the stretch class with jeffery one morning very good. Must admit to putting towels on sun beds as there isn’t enough parasols.

    We had the best time staying here for 4 nights 5th-9th April. We were so lucky to have amazing weather. Pools were cold but expected this time of year but didn't stop my husband and 2 children going in! Apartments are dated but functional and have everything you need and were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. Resort was quiet with it being out of season but was perfect for us as children were happy playing in the pool and we were out exploring a lot of the time. Reception staff were so friendly and Geoffry the entainer was brilliant - my girls still talk about him now - he was the highlight of the trip for them :) We did go up to the adults only pool to have a look and was really lovely up there. There is a small play area for the children and the splash park area is great too. Beach is a 20 min walk but was fine with us and 2x supermarkets 5 min walk away. There is a hippy market on a Wednesday which was a 10 minute Uber drive away which we enjoyed too. We took a walk up to Puig de Missa Church to watch the sunset one night but unfortunately it was cloudy but the views were amazing!We will definitely be back

    A great no nonsense place for families to enjoy an excellent holiday location which has great facilities for families. The atmosphere is great with all these kids around everyday laughing and having fun meeting new friends.If you have a hired car then parking isn't a problem as they have a good underground carpark for guests to use.. The rooms are usual 3 star spanish resort style but, have all you need for the stay and the staff are always prepared to help any guest.     Near the beach. Supermarket minute walk away and pharmacy. Nice spot.

    We stayed as a family of 5. Quiet as very early in the season. Rooms fine, a little tired. No cooker in our room which was disappointing, it has a toaster a kettle and a little hob with a small fridge. no way to eat in other than snacky lunch and breakfast. Air conditioning. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, one of our children slept on the sofa bed which they found comfy. Pillows terrible and not enough of them as you’d need at least 2 to be comfortable. We found reception staff to be very polite not like some other reviews on here. Pools cold but with 20 degrees weather the kids managed to play in there. I’m not sure I’d want to be here in the heat of summer when it’s really busy - you’d really be all on top of each other. Only real gripe is that the football area could only be used when the entertainer wanted to let the kids in and he had to be with them during use, they should be able to play in here on their own as this restricts their entertainment.     A fine hotel just on the outskirts of Santa Eulalias centre. It is about a 20 minute walk but that was great for our family as we like to walk anyway. Some areas are a touch dated in the hotel but it is 51 years old so this is not a surprise or an issue. Staff helpful and friendly, good sized rooms, good selection of food and drink at a reasonable price, good entertainment for the kids and two pools they can use along with a splash pool. There is an adults only pool on the roof as well. A supermarket just a 2 minute walk away also. Ideal hotel for families.
