Location

This beach hotel is located in the tourist centre of the town, on the bay of San Antonio. The beach is just across the road from the hotel and public transport departs from stops located just 100 m away. The wonderful, inviting turquoise-blue sea and beach is 200 m away and various shopping venues, countless bars and restaurants and nightclubs are to be found in the vicinity (200 m radius). The centre of San Antonio lies approximately 4 km away and can easily on foot in 30 min.

Facility

The complex has 294 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, medical assistance and a laundry service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and darts. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner.     Excellent hotel , really recommend this hotel. The only thing was that we booked early breakfast on the morning that we leave. When we arrive over at the restaurant, we found out that it wasn't put in the system. But myself and my friend had a brilliant holiday staying at this hotel .The staffs were all concerned when one of us fell over just outside the hotel

    Location is ok, near the sea, but there was noise from the road and other hotels and bars around. Atmosphere was terrible. Staff were miserable and other guests played their loud music around the pool without being asked to stop. However 3 kids playing ball in the pool were told to stop even though they weren't disturbing anyone. Rooms were ok but there was loud noise generating from air con units so it wasn't pleasant sitting on the balcony. Poor value for money - we stayed all inclusive but ate out mostly as the hot food was over cooked yet cold, the salads mushy and not fresh, and there was some yoghurt that actually resembled nuclear yellow paint, I didn't dare taste it. Noise was bad during the night with guests arriving back between 4am and 7am, shouting and swearing. I went down to reception to speak to the staff and was kept waiting for half an hour and then told they would make a note of it and she didn't apologise for keeping me waiting. Having stayed a week here, I am not sure how this hotel has 3 stars, 1 would be a better score, 2 for the sea view only. All in all we would not go back or recommend this hotel.

    Be wary of allergies

    I'll start the review with the main thing i want to get out there. I assume spanish/ibizan law does not require listing allergens on food as on my first evening i saw "Chinese style rice" with no ingredients list, it looked like egg fried rice and so i put some on my plate, id picked out some egg and eaten it by the time my partner noticed a tiny prawn sticking out of the rice, i am allergic to shellfish and started having a reaction from the egg that had been in contact with the shellfish, luckily my reaction was mild and just uncomfortable but if someone was fatally allergic this could very much kill someone. All that aside.. the hotel itself was nice and the was the only issue id had allergy wise although i was on heightened alert since that episode. The staff were wonderful, the food, other than bad labelling was mostly nice for mass produced all inclusive foodAnd we were able to upgrade to a sea view room for a small fee.There were large cockroaches in the room.. I'm going to chalk that down to location and not start saying it was dirty because it really wasn't. I would and have recommended this hotel to a friend but if you have allergies be very wary at meal times

    Thank you to the staff for looking us during our 2 week stay. We had never been to Ibiza before and didn’t know what to expect but we were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Once we found the right hotel. 2 hotels with very similar names were confusing but we got used to it eventually. Rooms were clean, tidy and and serviced every day. Good food as well. Loved the Mexican evening Entertainment was brilliant too although a bit late in the evening but that’s a personal preference. The 3 entertainment staff we met were friendly understanding and always greeted us with a smile On not so good notes dining room could only be accessed by steps causing problems for people with big prams and people less mobile. Not all the staff English was great and on our last day we had requested breakfast from 7am due to an early pickup for our return flight and there was no record on the system of this request. Not a bother to me or my friend but a concern if someone needed to eat at a certain time due to health conditions or medications etcOn 1 of the days my friend had an unfortunate accident tripping up on 1 of the paving slabs just outside the hotel. Even though it wasn’t the hotels fault, the staff showed concern and even checked in on my friend to make sure she was ok. Luckily she escaped with nothing more than a bruised leg and broken prideAll in all despite concerns a good hotel to stay in. We would definitely be coming again. Great hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough

    Had a short 5 day stay at mar amantis one premium room very spacious and very clean maids cleaned every day we stayed all inclusive and we couldn’t fault it ! It’s not a five star hotel but we couldn’t fault it
